When it gets hot, my symptoms worsen, as I have a designated rare disease by the government. Unfortunately, there is still no cure for my disease. I receive "blood products" for 5 consecutive days, which temporarily improves my symptoms. Last year, I was hospitalized 5 times for treatment related to my rare disease. On April 4th, I was hospitalized for the second time this year, but I was discharged 13 days ago. I couldn't like or comment during my hospital stay, but I will make sure to do so, even if delayed. Your supportive comments have always been a source of encouragement for me during my hospital stays. I am truly grateful. Moving forward, I kindly ask for your continued support. In May 2022, I plan to mainly upload past reviews that have not been reviewed yet. I will limit new visits based on my health condition. "Ramen Yukiya Hachisai - Seiyu Nishimachi Store" opened on May 1, 2022. The operating hours are from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm. To celebrate the opening, from May 1st to 5th, the "Hachisai Ramen 780 yen" is priced at 500 yen. I visited with my usual companion for an early dinner on a holiday around 5 pm. The store is located in the food court on the 1st floor of Seiyu Nishimachi Store in Nishi Ward, Sapporo. For more details, please check on Tabelog. During the visit on a holiday around 5 pm, there were no customers before or after us, which was strange. The special offer for "Hachisai Ramen 780 yen → 500 yen" was only until 3 pm daily. The next day, I visited as the first customer around 10:30 am on a holiday. There were 4 customers behind us. I ordered two servings of "Hachisai Ramen" for 500 yen each after paying 1000 yen. We received our order in 6 minutes. The ramen had medium-thin curly noodles with a firm texture from Morizumi Seimen. The soup was a salty chicken broth with a high salt content and small pieces of fatty pork floating in it. The soup was noticeably less in quantity. The only toppings were pork belly, Chinese cabbage, and garlic chives. Additional white sesame was available at the counter. The price was 780 yen → 500 yen (tax included). The "Hachisai Ramen" was a simple ramen with only three toppings. It did not have ingredients like green onions or bean sprouts, making it a simple dish. The noodles were suitable for a food court with a short cooking time. The soup was light and eco-friendly with minimal soup, making it a convenient and light 500 yen ramen. At the regular price of 780 yen, it would be a ramen I would hesitate to visit again. Next time, I might try the "Fried Rice 720 yen" starting from May 9th. Thank you for the delicious meal.
