I visited "Esperito Odori Nishi 15-chome Store" on August 22nd for the first time. I went for lunch as a solo diner at 12:20. Despite the extremely hot weather, I chose a soup curry restaurant. The store was renovated last November from BenBen. The shop card still has BenBen's name, so it seems to be a double brand. I noticed their name on a bento delivery from Wolt. There was one group of three customers before me. I was seated at the counter. For my first visit to a soup curry restaurant, I chose the Chicken Leg as a basic option. I ordered the "Esperito Stewed Leg" for 1360 yen with the original soup base, level 3 spiciness, and normal portion of rice (white rice nanatsuboshi) for 200g at no additional cost. The food was served in about 10 minutes. The toppings included carrots, potatoes, eggplant, bell peppers, broccoli, cabbage, and a boiled quail egg (which was supposed to be a quail egg but wasn't). The visual presentation was different from the photo and the vegetables were buried in the soup, which was a bit disappointing. The soup was quite refreshing and the level 3 spiciness was manageable. I still prefer the tender chicken the most. Overall, it was a delicious meal.

Today, I visited the "Esprit Dou" restaurant in Sapporo, which has 4 locations in the city. I went to the Odori Nishi 15-chome location, closest to the Nishi 18-chome subway station or the Nishi 15-chome tram station. I arrived around 7:30 PM on a weekday. There were 2 customers already inside, and after they left, I ordered. The food arrived in about 5 minutes, pretty fast! The taste was delicious! I ordered the Esprit Chicken Vegetable for 1630 yen with mixed grain rice for an additional 70 yen, totaling 1700 yen. I chose the crispy chicken option with a spice level of 3 in the original soup, no toppings. The chicken was a bit tough, not in a crispy way but in terms of the meat texture. When the bill goes over 1500 yen, as a commoner, it makes me a little nervous to pay (laughs). I wish I had an income that I could easily pay without hesitation! On days with the number 8, you earn double points. When you accumulate 5 points, you get a 500 yen discount, so if you visit three times on days with the number 8, you can quickly get a 500 yen discount! Thank you for the meal!

I visited the famous restaurant Esperito-san. I chose the most popular dish, the crispy chicken and vegetable soup curry. The presentation was gorgeous! The vegetables were colorful and the meat had a good amount of volume. However, I was expecting the chicken to be a bit crispier! Maybe the fried leg option would have been better? The soup was on the lighter side. I chose spice level 2, but I think level 3 would have been better! It was a thin soup and easy to drink. There wasn't a strong punch, but it was enjoyable. There was a variety of vegetables, but the root vegetables (sweet potato, pumpkin, potato) were quite firm. The spices on top of the rice added a nice touch and made it delicious. I visited the new store of Esperito located in the 15th block of Odori West, which opened in November 2022, for a solo dinner. Esperito is a popular soup curry restaurant with several locations in Sapporo. The atmosphere of the restaurant was bright and very clean with around 20 seats at the counter and tables. I ordered the Esper Chicken Vegetable, which included Paris Chicken, Toro Pork Stew, pumpkin, zucchini, paprika, baby corn, sweet potato, watercress, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, eggplant, broccoli, bell pepper, and boiled egg, along with Hokkaido rice, cheese rice, and Toro pork stew. The soup was a clear type made from chicken, pork, and aromatic vegetables. The spice level was a number 6, but it was not too spicy. The Paris Chicken and Toro pork stew were both delicious. Esperito is known for the quality of its ingredients, in addition to the soup. The cheese rice was also excellent. The service at Esperito is always polite and attentive. I highly recommend visiting one of their locations.

When I checked on Tabelog, the opening date was listed as November 5, 2022, which is great news! I decided to have soup curry today, so I chose this restaurant. I had Esper Parichiki with a spice level of 6 and selected the 5-grain rice option. I also had Esper's tender pork belly curry with a spice level of 1 and selected Hokkaido's Nanatsuboshi rice. I chose Esper's original soup and also had croquettes and two glasses of lassi. I've recently built up a tolerance for spiciness, so I might choose something spicier next time. I have visited Esperito's main store in Hachiken several times, but this was my first visit to this branch. I was nearby for some errands, so I decided to have dinner here. The interior of the restaurant has a simple cafe-like atmosphere with counter seats and table seats. There were no other customers besides me, but there were plenty of delivery orders coming in. The curry menu offers about 15 varieties, but this time I ordered the popular "Esper Chicken Vegetable (1,630 yen)" with Paris chicken, Esper original soup (free), Esper level 6 spiciness, and regular portion of white rice (200g). You can choose from 5 types of soup, spiciness up to level 10 is free, size up for white rice is charged, and if you choose mixed grain rice, it will be charged from regular portion. It was ready in a little over 10 minutes. The soup, made with animal-based broth and vegetables, has a taste that is between rich and light, with a good balance of umami and spices that is enjoyable for everyone. The level 6 spiciness was enough to make me sweat as I ate, so those who are not good with spiciness should order it more mildly. In addition to the main chicken, there were plenty of ingredients such as cabbage, potatoes, carrots, eggplant, broccoli, bell peppers, boiled eggs, pumpkin, zucchini, paprika, baby corn, sweet potatoes, and watercress, providing a satisfying meal. The chicken was crispy on the outside but very tender and delicious on the inside. Recently, soup curry prices have been rising, and this curry was also over 1,500 yen, so it felt expensive, but I think it's a delicious soup curry, so it's good for an occasional treat. There were also special menu items available only at this branch, so I would like to try them if I have the chance.

It is a restaurant on the 1st floor of a mansion along Odori in the 15th block of Odori Nishi, close to Nishi 18-chome subway station. I tried to visit a Western-style restaurant nearby, but it was closed. This was my third attempt, and it seems they are closed on Mondays, despite the information on Tabelog stating they are closed only on Sundays. I remembered a new soup curry shop and decided to walk to the 15th block. The entrance had a glass door and a glass wall with smoked glass for privacy. The menu was displayed at the entrance. Inside, there were counter seats facing the wall and four 4-seat tables. The interior was clean and new, but a bit plain with minimal decorations. It was before 2 pm, and there were no other customers in the lunch peak hours. A solo male customer arrived, followed by a solo female customer for takeout. A delivery person also came in. They welcomed me to choose any seat, which was nice. I ordered the Esper Paris Chicken for 1380 yen. It was a vegetable soup curry with crispy chicken. The soup was original, spiciness level 6, and regular 200g white rice. The presentation was neat, and the chicken was displayed nicely. The basic vegetables included potatoes, carrots, eggplant, cabbage, bell peppers, broccoli, and half a boiled egg. The soup had a simple taste with prominent spices, but it lacked a bit of umami and richness. I felt like adding some tomato (free) would enhance the flavor. The spiciness level 6 was not too strong, so I thought a level 8-10 would be better. The crispy chicken was not actually crispy, more like grilled chicken thighs. It was easy to eat but lacked juiciness. I wished they had a water pitcher and tissues on the table for convenience. It would be great if they could improve on these points.

The thinner parts have a tough texture but are boneless and easy to eat. I prefer the chicken leg for next time. I wanted white rice but the mixed grain rice with black beans was surprisingly delicious. I plan to try the 5-grain rice next time. I found the atmosphere at Esper Itou Dori 15-chome store to be better than the main store. The service is fast and the interior is clean and modern. The recent renovation of BenBen Dori 15-chome store has changed my perception of the place. The location is at 3-5 New Life Dori 15-chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido.

I tried the freshly baked Espartito on Odori Street West 15. I ordered the most popular Espa Chicken Vegetable Parichiki with original soup at spice level 10 and a small portion of mixed grain rice. The service was quick! It was hot and the spiciness increased! It was just the right amount of spiciness for me. The chicken was not a leg piece. It was easy to eat, crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. They serve until 9 p.m., so it's convenient to come after work!

The day after the grand opening, Totoron, who was at Susukino until 5:30 in the morning on Sunday, woke up around 2 pm. Not being a premium member, I was unaware of the opening time here, so I rubbed my sleepy eyes and visited this place. I ordered the Nishi 15-chome store limited Esper Toro Pork Stew Curry for 1,500 yen, with Esper Tomato Soup on the side. I chose Esper level 5 for spiciness and regular rice. The slightly sweetened tomato soup was really to my liking, very delicious. The large pieces of pork stew were flavorful and went well with the tomato soup. You can choose from 5 different types of soup, including original, white, rich shrimp, tomato cream, and I'm curious about the white soup. I'm also interested in trying the lamb steak as a main ingredient next time. This place might become a regular spot for me!

Recently, when it comes to delivery, it's either Juntara Curry's Naan Curry or this Soup Curry. For tonight's solo dinner, I decided to go with Esperito's Esper's Field. When I checked the delivery site, usually the nearby Shiroishi branch is shown, but today only the Odori Nishi 15-chome branch was displayed. However, the delivery fee is the same, so no problem, I'll order from here. I chose the Esper's Field with only vegetables, normal soup, spice level at the maximum of 10, and regular rice. The delivery arrived before the scheduled time, and the best part of delivery is being able to enjoy a beer alone! The beer was ice cold, and they even provided a chilled cup. I heated up the soup curry in the microwave and transferred it to a dish - a bit of extra effort but it definitely enhances the deliciousness. The soup was piping hot, and the beer was delicious. I started with the broccoli, which was absolutely delicious. The rice was to my liking, and the subtle sweetness of the rice complemented the curry well. The red and yellow bell peppers were crispy, the cabbage was sweet, the potatoes were tender, and the baby corn had a nice flavor. The eggplant, pumpkin, zucchini, and most importantly, the thick slices of carrots were my favorite. While the popular choice here may be the crispy chicken, I was completely satisfied with just the vegetables. As always, it was delicious. Thank you for the meal!
