I bought it again in November 2015. I like heavy wines, but I'm hooked on this light type. At first, you can taste the acidity, but after a while, the flavor becomes mellow. It's a nice change in taste. This wine is from the Bankei Pass Winery in October 2015. It is made from grapes grown in Hokkaido. The grapes used are Campbell Early, Red Grape Yamasoubi, and Serevine Mountain Grape. It has an alcohol content of 10%, but it doesn't taste like it. It doesn't have much sweetness, but it's very easy to drink, with a slight sourness that seems to come from the mountain grapes. It doesn't have a rich flavor, but it has a refreshing and light taste, and I finished a bottle in no time. This is a perfect match for me! ☆☆☆ Next Episode Preview ☆☆☆ I'm going to buy some more, but I wonder if the snow is okay...
