Located in Shiraoi Town, this new restaurant is right next to the Shiraoi Creative Space "Kura," a cultural and artistic creation facility. The interior of the building, which is predominantly white, is kept clean, and the owner is very friendly. I ordered the Shiraoi beef hamburger on this day. The harmonious combination of the owner's special buns and the hamburger sourced from a local butcher made it a very easy-to-eat masterpiece. There are several other burger shops in town, so it's fun to compare and try them out!

I bought a cheeseburger from a food truck run by Shiro Oinu. The buns seemed homemade and the burger was small in size. The meat was juicy.

I was at a event in the parking lot of a hospital in Chitose, the actual store is in Shiraoi. They offered four types of burgers, with the Egg Burger priced at 700 yen. It took about 5 minutes for the Egg Burger to be ready, while the Cheese Burger was pre-made. I bought two burgers and shared them with a friend. The Egg Burger had moist buns and patty, very delicious. The Cheese Burger had slightly dry buns and was a bit bland. I wonder if the buns differ depending on the type of burger? Personally, I preferred the Egg Burger. The service was excellent. Thank you for the meal.

Today, we decided to look for a hamburger made with Shiraoi beef. We found a place called JOE'Z KITCHEN that was not too far off the highway. We had to wait about 15 minutes. The menu at the restaurant had 3 types of burgers besides the Egg Burger, and we also bought some nuggets. We enjoyed the hot burgers in the car on our way back. The juicy meat and sauce blended well with the whole wheat buns, creating a delicious taste. The flavor of the meat and the sauce complemented each other perfectly. I gave the bigger size, called Big, to my friend, but I could have easily finished it too... The cheese was so gooey when we opened the burger, it made us smile. It was a familiar and not too heavy cheese, allowing us to fully enjoy the taste of the meat. I wish we could have eaten it outside if it wasn't winter... It's better to eat it right away rather than carrying it around for too long because it's so hot... I felt like going on a Shiraoi burger tour with this taste...

Visited a hamburger joint that recently relocated from a nearby store. Ordered two White Lover Burgers and two Egg Burgers. It took about 10 minutes for them to be ready. The buns were homemade and the patties were definitely made with delicious Uemura Ranch beef! The Egg Burger was a hefty 250g! There are nearly 10 burger joints in town, so it would be great to see them thrive alongside the opening of Upopoy! White Lover Burger: 550 yen Egg Burger: 600 yen Thank you for the meal! (^^)v
