Continuing from last week, here is the second installment of Kushitori. Once again, I felt the high quality of this chain. I ordered dishes such as miso hormone, wasabi chicken skewers, and asparagus-wrapped pork skewers. The chicken skewers were tender and cooked well, and the miso skewers were particularly good. The restaurant was full until late, showing that it is popular among young people for its cost performance. Thank you for the meal!

I don't really like this place, but I had no choice this time. I can't leave this area and there aren't many other restaurants around. I can't drink too much and get wasted. I'm in Sapporo for some business and it's a hassle because I came on a night bus and there are no direct buses to Sapporo, so I had to come to Chitose first. This time, I didn't rent a car and relied on public transportation. The place was crowded even though I didn't make a reservation. I waited for 20 minutes before finally getting a seat. The yakitori was a mix of pork, chicken, chicken breast, plum and shiso, eggplant, broccoli, and other things. I ordered some random items. I also had an Italian salad and chicken kamameshi. The wait for the food was long, but I was already drinking so I didn't feel like eating much. I don't really like skewers, but they were okay. The salad was decent. The chicken kamameshi was actually pretty good. Anyway, I'll write a review for the other party.

Yakitori, round two. It was a Saturday, a little after 5:00 pm, and the place was packed. We had to wait for a bit. We were shown to a table for two and started off with some beer and grated radish. Let's dig in! We started with chicken skin, garlic chicken, and mochi bacon. Then we had miso hormone and chicken liver. We also tried ginkgo nuts, beef skirt, cartilage meatballs, and swordfish with wasabi. We added some eggplant and pork shiso rolls. We also had some lemon sour. The best dishes today were the liver and mochi bacon. We were very satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

I visited Toridori along the Tohoku Street in August 2021. It opens at 3 PM on holidays, which is convenient. I tried chicken skewers, spicy tsukune, and more. The spicy tsukune here, with green chili peppers as an accent and no cartilage, was delicious. The white wine was not too sweet and easy to drink.

I went to Ittsumori Sushi Eizudori store! The cost performance is great! That's why it's always crowded, it's a popular place! The sushi is big and delicious! I heard that only employees who have worked for the specified number of years at all stores work at the grilling station! Their thoroughness is also a delicious secret!

[Visit on July 24, 2020] After a tiring day working in the home vegetable garden on the second day of a 4-day weekend, I felt like having a cold beer and some meat, even though I usually only drink beer during BBQs at home (I usually have shochu highballs or highballs for my evening drink). So I suggested to my wife that we go to "Kushidori Sakae-dori" for the first time in a long time. Although the New Sapporo branch is closer to our home, I prefer the Sakae-dori branch because I used to visit it many times when I was single, and I find the layout of the store cozy and comfortable. The restaurant is taking thorough measures against COVID-19, with staff at the entrance politely explaining the precautions and spraying alcohol on customers' hands. All staff members wear masks and face shields, and at the Sakae-dori branch, they were seating customers at the circular counter with open spaces between each couple (mostly 2 people). My wife and I were seated at a table for 4, and we were delighted to have a relaxing seat where we could stay as long as we wanted. As soon as we were seated, we were served the complimentary dishes of grated radish and chicken soup, and we ordered a draft beer and orange juice. After our drinks arrived, we placed our first order, followed by two additional orders of skewers and two more drinks (1 draft beer and 2 highballs). They were offering a happy hour special for highballs until 7:30 PM, which was nice. Kushidori is a place where you can come casually and enjoy delicious food at a reasonable price. Everything we ate was delicious and really affordable. We spent just under 1.5 hours there, and the bill came to around 7,000 yen. Being able to suddenly decide to go out for drinks with my wife and not worry about driving back home is truly a blessing. Thank you for the meal. I chose yakitori for a gathering with friends I hadn't seen in a while, thinking that since we wouldn't be sharing food, the fear of COVID-19 would be lessened. Unusually, everyone arrived at the meeting time and we all ordered our first drinks. I opted for the discounted highball until 7:00 PM. We toasted and I managed to have a total of 4 drinks within the time frame. We enjoyed various classic dishes, but the ginger-wrapped meat skewers were a hit! They were so delicious when freshly grilled over charcoal. The skewers, delivered directly from the factory, were consistently high quality and safe. The service was just right, and they even paid attention to our preferences. The staff at Skewer Bird must receive excellent training. I had a pleasant dining experience and I definitely want to come back for more. I had been here before, but this visit made me appreciate it even more. I left feeling very satisfied - thank you!

I enjoyed a light drink by myself. I was seated at the counter right away. I ordered a beer. It had been a while since I visited Tori-san for yakitori. This was my first time coming alone. Until 7 o'clock, highballs are a good deal, so I ordered a highball for my second drink! It's great that you can order just one skewer at a time! I ate and drank my fill, it was delicious. It's a place in Shiroishi-ku, on Ei-dori 19-chome along Tohoku-dori, but for the exact location, as always, please check the map on Tabelog. This time, I called ahead to reserve 15 types of yakitori, 30 skewers in total, and picked them up at the scheduled time of 6:30 pm. I went to pick up the yakitori with my companion, and when we entered the store, it was quite crowded with waiting and departing customers. I quickly went to the register, gave my name, time, and phone number, paid for the order, and then returned to my car to take the food home. Once back at home, we found that all the yakitori were seasoned with salt. Since they had cooled slightly, we warmed them up in the microwave. We also added some extra plum sauce to the "sasami" and "tsukune" skewers. Lately, we've been mostly getting yakitori for takeout and enjoying them at home. It's nice to relax at home, watch TV, and have your favorite drink at cost.

I used this restaurant for a company New Year's party. It was my first time using the 3200 yen course, which included hot pot, 5 skewers, salad, pickles, soba, ice cream, and a 120-minute all-you-can-drink option. The additional drink orders were served quickly. All the staff members were smiling. Although it wasn't a private room, there was parking available, making it convenient for designated drivers who prefer soft drinks. Thank you for the delicious meal.

The yakitori chain restaurants, including this one, are smoker-friendly but strict on non-smokers. It's tolerable in the early hours, but as it gets later, the smoke inside the restaurant becomes thick and hazy. The yakitori is delicious and good value, so I wanted to eat and drink a bit, but the poor ventilation made it impossible to stay long. Families with children also stand out these days. It is easy to enter even if you are alone at the counter. The excitement of yakitori seems to have decreased compared to before at Kushi Tori. I was really impressed about 15 years ago. I wonder if it's because of the menu composition? I don't remember much about it though. It was good when they had arabiki wiener sausages, haha. It's not a traditional yakitori evaluation at all, haha. There are friendly staff and some not so friendly, but it doesn't bother me here in particular. The downside is that there is always too much foam on the beer.

I really wanted to eat yakitori, so I went to Kushitori-san where I can easily drink and enjoy. Starting with beer and finishing with lemon sour, I ate yakitori and felt satisfied.

Cheap. That's the bottom line. The quality of the yakitori is better than the supermarket stalls, and being able to order one skewer at a time is great. Yakitori is just perfect for those times. But they always seem to run out of stock quickly, which is a bit frustrating.

It is cheap and easy to go. It's nice to have a large parking lot. The menu is limited as it is a yakitori restaurant, but that's okay. The free daikon radish and chicken soup were a nice touch. Every dish was delicious. However, I wish there were more creative drink options. Even if you can't drink alcohol, you still want to enjoy yakitori, but the soft drink choices were limited to basic options like cola and oolong tea. There should be more variety, especially for families. Also, considering the number of families with children, having a smoking area may not be appropriate in this day and age. With a spacious restaurant like this, they should at least have a smoking section or come up with some ventilation system or air purifier for the counter where smoking is allowed.
