Wandering new curry mania/rookie ramen mania, a solo middle-aged man. This is a memo-like review from the old man. If you want concise information about the restaurant and food, please move on to other people's reviews around here. A series of dining places used by acquaintances❔ I can't go frequently enough to make it a series. When it comes to the "center of the city", it's a bit far from my workplace, and if it's a popular and crowded place, I might not be able to make it back during my lunch break. It's also difficult if they're not open on weekends and holidays, so I've been giving up on it for a while. On a day when I had to take a day off, I suddenly thought, "I want to eat a fish-based set meal." So I made some adjustments and decided to visit. I double-checked the map and knew it was right next to "Sapporo Genesis Square," but I wasn't sure about the details. Maybe I'll figure it out when I get there❔ I arrived around 11:30. The signboard of the building (restaurant) caught my eye, making it easy to find. When I went down to the basement where the restaurant was located, a solo diner (male) also arrived at the same time. While the old man was checking the menu, the man quickly disinfected and took his temperature before entering. And he came at a time when he could definitely eat. He seems to be a regular customer. The temperature check device is a type that shades the palm, which is not often seen. As a solo diner, I was guided to a small counter seat in the back on the right side of the entrance, with two rows of three seats each. It's a layout where you face each other with your backs. It's nice to have partitions. It's a narrow area at the back, so it would be even better if ventilation was considered, but it's difficult to design. Therefore, an "air purifier" was installed, which is a nice consideration. The order was already placed when I entered, as they had asked, "Is the daily special okay?"▼Daily Lunch・Grilled horse mackerel・Boiled vegetables・Konjac/hijiki/tarako simmered dish・Mini salad・Pickles・Rice & miso soup, all for 700 yen including tax. Oh❗ The "price setting" is nice. There are "delicious Japanese restaurants" in the area around my workplace, but they cost around 1,000 yen including tax. Still, it's so delicious that there's always a line. This restaurant seems to have a lot of reviews for "uni bowls." There is a "daily price list" for seafood bowl dishes, including "uni bowls (baffun)" ranging from 3,000 yen to 9,800 yen at the entrance of the restaurant. Rare. The "uni bowl (baffun)" is said to be very delicious. But I wonder if there are people who eat it on JIMOTI❔ I'm not very interested in "sea urchin," and I get bored of it when I eat it in a bowl, so, well, "I hope those in a different world enjoy it." The previous customer was a solo diner (male), and the following customers were a solo diner (male and female) of three people. The meal was served in about five minutes after entering. Huh❔ So fast❗ In fact, I haven't been a big fan of "grilled horse mackerel" until now. I didn't have a habit of eating it at home in the first place. When I was working in Tokyo, a colleague recommended me to try "fried horse mackerel," and I thought, "This is delicious❗️" The flesh is fluffy, and the taste of the flesh is solid. It's delicious with soy sauce or sauce. It's not that expensive, and you can eat as many as you want. So when I saw "grilled horse mackerel" served at breakfast in a business trip destination (outside the prefecture)... The flesh was thin, the bones were thick and difficult to handle, there was little flesh, and almost no fat. At that time, it was common for the locals to set up a second party until the end of the trip (even though it wasn't billed, it was paid for by splitting the bill), and there was also a custom of bringing back souvenirs, so I kept going into the red by trying to save travel expenses and make up for the deficit. So, I always used "packaged hotels" to save a little on travel expenses. Anyway, there was a huge difference between the fried horse mackerel in Tokyo and the grilled horse mackerel. Is it because the fish species are different❔ The fried ones were smaller. In the midst of this, when I heard stories like "this is a Japanese breakfast," I was full of question marks. Everyone seems to be able to eat delicious "grilled horse mackerel." So, on that day, I looked at the menu and... Well, it was a bit ==========
