- Salmon: A refreshing taste, very refreshing.
- Tsubasa Saba (brand mackerel from Kagoshima prefecture, "Nagoyakatei"): The ace of Nagoyakatei. The richness of the fat is amazing. It also condenses the umami, allowing you to enjoy the powerful taste of mackerel. This is a must-try item.
- Kanpime (Hokkaido Akkeshi):
- Pacific saury (Hokkaido Kushiro):
- Live turban shell (Hokkaido): A crunchy texture with a muscular feel. The more you chew, the more you will feel the fresh sweetness of the shellfish. It has no strong taste, so the freshness is quite good.
- Engawa of Kanpime (Hokkaido Akkeshi): The best. This is at an impressive level. There is no smell, and the elegant richness of the fat spreads, but it is not unnecessarily greasy, so the aftertaste is refreshing. It was an easy-to-eat dish.
- Toro nishin (Hokkaido Nemuro):
- Mackerel pike (Hokkaido): Slightly elastic, melts in your mouth when you chew. The slightly sharp and creamy taste, without any strong flavor, is very delicious.
- Excellent: Very delicious
- Good: Delicious
- Average: Hmm...
- Hokkaido is one of the three major revolving sushi restaurants in Hokkaido. "Hanamaru," "Triton," and "Nagoyakatei" are truly exceptional revolving sushi restaurants in Hokkaido. As a Hokkaido resident, I am delighted to see many talented revolving sushi restaurants.
- Popular items may sell out early at this restaurant. Thank you for the meal!

I ordered the following dishes at this local chain of Hokkaido revolving sushi restaurant called Nagoyaka-tei: Salmon (385 yen), Tuna special selection (506 yen), Mackerel with pickled ginger roll (209 yen), and Today's fish soup (308 yen). The total was 1,408 yen. I had never visited this place before, so I decided to check it out after dining at a nearby Genghis Khan restaurant. I started with the Today's fish soup (308 yen), which was rich in ingredients and had a subtle yuzu flavor. It was surprisingly delicious for its price! The sushi toppings were thick and high-quality. Among them, the Mackerel with pickled ginger roll (209 yen) was particularly tasty and well-crafted. This revolving sushi restaurant is indeed a bit upscale, but I was satisfied with the experience. Next time, I'll come here on an empty stomach and enjoy a feast! Thank you for the meal.

I switched to this restaurant because there was a two-hour wait for the triton I originally planned to go to. While I can't compare it to triton, I was satisfied here and it's worth considering if you're concerned about time. The turnover rate at the counter seats seemed fast. Also, you can order with paper and there's a buzzer so you can order without hesitation. The fried food and soup dishes were made fresh after ordering, so they were piping hot.

Today is the first day of my three-day weekend! I overslept until 6 in the morning to prepare for the Escon Field expedition. It's a night game, but since it's a three-day weekend, I'll be cheering until the end to break the 6-game losing streak! After reading a lot of reviews, I got hungry and tried Maruchan's new product "Saimi" which was delicious! Today is my second daughter's birthday, so we went shopping for daily necessities and had conveyor belt sushi for lunch. I paid for everything since she lives alone in an apartment. We arrived around 11:30 am, but the parking lot was almost full on a Wednesday! We passed by a few conveyor belt sushi restaurants, but they were empty. It's strange, right? The staff were all efficient and welcoming. We chose a booth seat for the three of us. The ordering process was done with paper and pen, not a tablet device. The chef was friendly and the food was visually appealing. Overall, "Nagoyakatei" lived up to its reputation as a popular and high-quality restaurant. After paying, we received a grateful farewell from the chef and staff. Since we are friends on LINE, we got a 200 yen discount for our next visit. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

If you are a resident of Sapporo, you must love Nagoyatei! I have loved it since I was a child, and when it comes to sushi, it has always been Nagoyatei for me. This time, I will review my favorite, the crab miso. All the sushi here is really delicious, but the crab miso stands out. It used to cost around 240 yen per plate, but now it's over 500 yen with tax included. However, the deliciousness remains the same. I am captivated by it. The combination of crab meat and miso, piled high on a battleship sushi, looks like a delicious mountain. I eat it while climbing. The seaweed is crispy and delicious! I recommend eating it as soon as it arrives. The sweet shrimp is firm and has a sticky texture, which is nice. I always have the recommended Tsubasa-no-saba here. It's fresh. Today, I had the aged flounder marinated in kelp, and the kelp aroma was so strong and delicious! I wanted to have more, but I love crab miso too much, so after having four plates, I was already full. I want to come back again. This is my favorite sushi restaurant where I can feel energized when I'm feeling down, and even happier when I'm already feeling good. I have been hoping for them to sell crab miso as a souvenir for about 10 years now. Still in unrequited love. Thank you for the meal!

After returning from golf around 2:30 pm, I searched for a restaurant that was open for business. I ended up at Nagoyakatei, where the quality seemed to vary depending on the dish. No matter what I ordered, the freshness was great. However, the medium fatty tuna and jewel battleship sushi were a bit disappointing.

I visited the restaurant during the week when it was less crowded and was able to get in easily. The staff was energetic and the atmosphere was fun with calls and bells. The sushi mainly consisted of fresh seafood from Hokkaido and Aomori, which was delicious. They also had Yubari melon.

Rotating sushi is the best here. It's always delicious whenever you go. The prices are reasonable for the delicious food they offer. If you're looking for a reasonably priced rotating sushi restaurant coming from Honshu, this place is 100 times recommended. The overflowing ikura and the performance of drumming on the taiko drum were also back!

You should definitely order the overflowing ikura. The popular restaurant has a 45-minute wait, and finding parking is difficult. The wait is worth it for the satisfying meal. The locals are used to it, but the quality of this conveyor belt sushi is impressive. The overflowing ikura is a must-try, with an interesting performance included. The herring sushi was fresh and light, with just the right amount of fat. Thank you for the meal.

I gave up on waiting for Triton for an hour and a half and luckily found a seat here. The sushi here has big and delicious toppings and rice. You can choose whether you want extra salmon roe or not, and if you choose to have it, the staff will cheerfully bring it to you. The staff are all energetic and provide great service, and the sushi is delicious. What is the difference with Triton...?

I enjoyed everything I ate, and the prices were reasonable. So far, this is my favorite revolving sushi restaurant. The mackerel at the end, which should be available everywhere, was delicious with its rich flavor, so I kept going back for more. The simmered conger eel was also soft and tasty. I definitely want to visit this restaurant again. I wish they would open one in the Kanto region...

In Tokyo, there are Triton and Nemuro Hanamaru, but there is no Nagoyakatei. I've always wanted to visit it someday because the sushi is excellent! I have never tried Triton or Hanamaru in Hokkaido, so compared to Tokyo, it might be the best. I visited for lunch, so I didn't drink, and it cost around 2500 yen for a decent meal! I would like to come back again. For those traveling from Tokyo, please try Nagoyakatei (since Triton and Hanamaru are only in Tokyo).

First trip to Sapporo. Looking forward to seafood. According to my friend who lives in Sapporo, "I recommend conveyor belt sushi over seafood bowls. Seafood bowls look nice, but with conveyor belt sushi you can try a variety of sushi at a good price." So, I was recommended to go to Nagoyakatei. It's not in the downtown area, which is a shame, but it's easily accessible by rental car. There weren't many plates of sushi going around on the conveyor belt, so you have to write your order on paper and hand it to the chef in front of you. I'm used to the 100 yen conveyor belt sushi in the city, so it took a lot of courage to try the 400 yen plates, but the satisfaction was worth it. It felt like the same level of satisfaction as expensive sushi restaurants in the city. Whether it's from Hokkaido or not, the sushi was thick and made me feel like "Ah, I'm really eating sushi." You might not think of the 100 yen conveyor belt sushi as sushi anymore. The bill came out to 4,000 yen for 11 plates. Indeed, I was satisfied with being able to try a lot of different types of sushi compared to a seafood bowl. Thank you for the meal! (人´∀`)

These days, the response to COVID-19 is left up to each individual. The sushi chefs are lively, chatting without masks while preparing sushi. Some of the staff wear masks, but most customers waiting wear masks. The sushi is delicious, representing Hokkaido's famous conveyor belt sushi. The impact of rising prices is noticeable, with some changes like two pieces becoming one piece for the same price.

Sapporo revolving sushi series. I've been hooked on Nemuro Hanamaru recently, but I suddenly remembered how delicious this restaurant I visited 4 years ago was. I decided to revisit to confirm that memory. I arrived 10 minutes before opening on a holiday. Several cars were already parked, and there was a line forming at the entrance. It seems like they are issuing tickets for waiting in line. Finally, it was opening time and we were guided to our seats one by one. I was seated at the counter and looked at the menu. I started with my usual choices of mackerel, whelk, and salmon. I also tried the seasonal Hokkigai and the special Awabi liver gunkan. Hmm, everything is delicious! It's on par with Nemuro Hanamaru. Sushi ultimately comes down to the combination of the topping, rice, and soy sauce. It's obvious, but the harmony of these three elements is what makes it delicious. Occasionally, there are sushi places where the soy sauce doesn't quite match, which is disappointing. "Nagoyakatei" is a winner! ☆3.55

I was about to take a bus nearby, but I wanted to try this famous restaurant first. So, let's go for it! It was mid-morning on a weekday, so I was able to be seated right away without waiting. I felt a bit guilty because it wasn't crowded at all. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, just as the name of the restaurant suggests. I started with a lunch beer. Since I'm just going home after this, I decided to indulge a bit more! The shrimp looks delicious. I also ordered three pieces of tuna. And some squid and mackerel. Everything is so tasty! The quality here is on par with a conveyor belt sushi place in Hokkaido. It wasn't too busy on a weekday, but I can imagine it must be hectic on days off. The prices may have gone up, but if the food is this good, it's understandable. I ended up eating seven plates, which is rare for me. I hadn't eaten anything since morning, so I was able to eat more than usual. I'll make sure not to eat breakfast next time I come here. That's the feeling I get.

Follow me → @hyogo_book【Popular conveyor belt sushi in Hokkaido, where you can enjoy various seasonal ingredients!】Payment: Around 9,000 yen (for 4 people)【Recommended Points】- You can enjoy a variety of fresh seafood!- Various seasonal ingredients are available, so you can enjoy them anytime!- Reasonable prices!【Disappointing Points】- Ordering via tablet can be difficult to navigate!【Impressions】I was planning to stay at Vessel Nakajima Park, so I stopped by the conveyor belt sushi restaurant nearby by car. When I arrived after 6 o'clock, there was a wait of about 30 minutes with 10 groups ahead of me. Inside, there were energetic and friendly staff members! They had seasonal ingredients like firefly squid, which made me think I could enjoy them anytime. I struggled to find the sushi I wanted to eat using the tablet, it was a bit difficult to locate and some items were sold out, which was disappointing. The freshness of the fish was very good and the sushi was delicious. The rice was a bit firm, but that's expected at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant! It seems like a good place to go with family. When I go to a sushi restaurant, I always end up ordering limited edition or seasonal items, even if they are a bit pricey. After all, the freshest ingredients are the most delicious! This time, I ordered the following 10 dishes: - Grilled cuttlefish sushi - Large fatty sardine - Seafood jewel battleship roll - Medium fatty tuna battleship roll - Aburagarei (flounder) - Sliced bonito sushi - Egg sushi - Seared fatty tuna mackerel - Salmon yukhoe (Korean-style raw salmon) - Hokkaido pure pudding I tried the fish called "Kue" for the first time. It's apparently a super high-end fish. It has a thick, crunchy texture like a thick flounder, and it's quite addictive. The sushi had large portions of toppings as usual, and I thoroughly enjoyed the abundant selection of my favorite blue fish sushi. Especially, the mackerel from Nagoyakatei had a melt-in-your-mouth texture that I'm a fan of. Thank you for the delicious meal! I always want to enjoy different types of fish according to the season.

I went to a conveyor belt sushi restaurant for the first time in a while. In Hokkaido, not all conveyor belt sushi places are delicious, but the famous chain restaurants are usually safe choices. This one was a chain restaurant, so I was able to enjoy it after a long time. The tuna was fresh, the yellowtail was firm, and the sweet shrimp was delicious. They warned me that the anglerfish soup was hot, but it was actually lukewarm. That was the only disappointing part.

In my opinion, the top 3 revolving sushi restaurants in Sapporo are Nagoyaka, Triton, and Hanamaru. The best one is Hanamaru Minami 25-jo store, but let's go to the nearby Nagoyakatei Hakucho Hontori store tonight because the roads are slippery. Here is what I had: Live turban shell, raw bluefin tuna, live scallop, kampyo roll, anglerfish soup, toro taku hand roll, flying fish roe, simmered octopus, simmered conger eel, extra-large sweet shrimp, seared salmon with lemon and salt, and zangi (deep-fried chicken). The anglerfish soup served today was exceptional, with firm flesh, liver, and skin included. The miso was not too strong, which paired perfectly with the rich anglerfish. Highly recommend this soup!
