Somehow, I wanted to revisit the restaurant, but whenever I called, only the guidance played. One day, I decided to visit the restaurant directly, and the staff kindly guided me. The "Chanko Nabe Ramen" costs 1000 yen and requires temporary membership registration. Reservations must be strictly adhered to. I first ordered a takeout when registering. The photo will be dug up soon. After waiting for about 12 minutes, the hot pot arrived, and just being served in a hot pot raised my excitement. When combined with the sumo wrestler's thick and delicious Chanko soup, it was just amazing. I had a blissful time. I plan to make a reservation and visit again. Thank you for the meal. Note: I received a detailed notice from the restaurant about their future business policies, so if you are interested, please take a look at the information provided at the store.

This is a visit from a while ago when indoor dining was not allowed due to the impact of the coronavirus. It was also around the time when I finally managed to become a member. I tried the "Vegetable-packed Kishimen Chanko Nabe" for the first time at Namiryokushi. While it came in a microwave-safe container, I transferred it to a clay pot to enjoy the simmering process. I usually have chanko ramen at Namiryokushi, so this was a nice change. I also tried the "Premium Chanko Soup Ramen Set" where I chose fresh noodles to finish at home. The soup had a rich flavor, and I even enjoyed the rice at the end. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

This was a restaurant that I had been curious about for a while and was recommended by an acquaintance, so today was my first visit. I had made a reservation the day before, so I was able to enter smoothly. I had ordered the chanko ramen when making the reservation. First, I sanitized my hands and had my temperature checked. The coronavirus measures here are incredibly thorough, following the New Hokkaido Style. You can drink without worries. The ramen was served in just 7 minutes after entering. When I opened the lid of the clay pot, a delicious smell of boiling soup wafted out. The ramen ingredients were simple: pork belly, wood ear mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, and leeks. I was pleasantly surprised by the intense umami flavor of the hot soup. It was so delicious that I couldn't help but say "delicious" out loud. The soup itself was made up of the taste of dashi, with the umami flavor well concentrated. The noodles, although not low in hydration, did not stretch until the end despite being hot. They paired perfectly with the soup. I usually don't like wood ear mushrooms in regular ramen, but they fit perfectly in this one. The Chinese cabbage was sweet and paired well with the soup. The pork belly was cut into small pieces, easy to eat, without any unpleasant smell, and delicious when combined with the soup. The landlady's service was brisk and very likable. Eating the chanko ramen this time, I discovered a new dimension of ramen that was like a revelation to me.

The soup is finished, so once it's gone, it's over! This place is very popular, with Myレビ and my friends all praising it. The hot pot chanpon ramen is bubbling in the pot. I finally made it before they sold out this time. The menu is called "Chanpon Nabe Ramen" I think? I can't take photos of the menu, so I'll have to try other menu items in the future and add them to my memory box. The staff is very friendly. The set menu is popular and sells out quickly. I'm curious about the kishimen too. The waiting time is quite long, but since it's finished in a hot pot, I'm willing to wait. The hot pot with the lid arrives. The chanpon soup has a strong seafood aroma. The visual presentation is wonderful. The complex and deep soup has a slight thickness that clings to the noodles. The cabbage is cut into bite-sized pieces and cooked just right. The delicious pork belly contributes well to the broth. It's piping hot until the very end. It was so delicious that I finished it all. This is definitely a place I will come back to. Thank you for the meal!

Visit date: October 24th (Thursday) Today, I had work in Asahikawa City. During lunchtime, I remembered this place while passing by! I had bookmarked it after reading a review by 'kaeruno27'. I parked in front of the restaurant and entered... There were about 3 groups of customers already, but no office workers, mostly ladies and senior couples having lunch. Maybe I was a bit early for lunch. However, there were 2 reserved tables available. Now, onto ordering. I asked for the Chanko Nabe Ramen here. *Price: 900 yen (tax included) It arrived in about 10 minutes... Served in a clay pot. When I opened the lid, it was boiling hot. Unfortunately, photography inside the restaurant, of the food, and the menu is not allowed. The soup had a slightly thick soy sauce flavor? Or maybe a salt flavor? It was a bit different... The menu mentioned a special soup, and it was quite delicious! It contained Chinese cabbage, wood ear mushrooms, pork, and chopped green onions. As I ate, my body felt warm and cozy! It's perfect for a cold day. Another delicious lunch today! Thank you for the meal!

It was a restaurant that had been recommended as delicious for a long time. It was actually my second attempt (the first few times it was closed). On this day, the set menu was sold out, but they said they could make chanko ramen. That's what I was looking for, so I ordered the chanko ramen! When it arrived, I was surprised to see that the soup was thick. It was bubbling for a while after I opened the lid. When I tried the piping hot ramen... to be honest, the flavor was too strong and the noodles were too soft. It wasn't my preferred type of ramen. I think this restaurant is best visited on cold winter days.

When I went after a long time, the menu had changed and I was hesitant, but I ended up choosing the "Chanko Ramen" for 900 yen (tax included). It used to say it had shark fin, but now it has collagen in it. However, the taste remains the same and the thick soup is great. The rich soup is simmering in a clay pot, giving it a unique flavor that is different from Chanko and soy sauce ramen. It has a richness without being overwhelming. The ingredients include wood ear mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, pork, and green onions. The wood ear mushrooms add an exciting texture. The thick soup clings to the noodles, making it delicious and irresistible. It's the kind of taste that becomes addictive when you have it after a long time.

Nagayama in Asahikawa. It is located on the left side after passing Honkado on the circular line. Parking available. I didn't know it was here. The restaurant owner of the soup curry shop recommended me to visit. I arrived around 12:30. The interior of the restaurant is a style where you take off your shoes and go up to the raised seating area. About 60% of the customers were office workers. Unfortunately, photography was not allowed inside, so I could only take a picture of the exterior. Please imagine the rest from here. The interior is partitioned off from the neighboring tables. The menu is in a ranking format from right to left, starting with "Chanko Ramen"... They also offer Chanko Nabe. I wish I had taken notes in Evernote. It has been about 20 days since I visited, and I forgot! I ordered the large portion of Chanko Ramen. The price is over 1000 yen. After about 7 minutes, a tray with a large pot of ramen and small dishes arrived. It was definitely a large portion... like a sumo wrestler's meal? The main ingredients were pork and cabbage, and I requested the noodles to be firm. The soup was a murky brown color with a thick consistency, reminiscent of Tenkaippin's taste, perhaps soy sauce-based with ginger. The noodles were made from Asahikawa wheat flour and had a heavy texture due to the soup clinging to them when lifted. It was very hot, so it was best to transfer some to the small dish before eating. I think it was delicious. Wow, I'm full. A little bothered by the cigarette smoke from the next table. As I was leaving, they were closing due to running out of soup! Quite early. Closing before 1 pm... does that mean they are only open for 2 hours? Those planning to visit should come early. They do not serve ramen at night.

I have never tried chanko-nabe before, but it is a well-known restaurant among ramen fans in the Asahikawa area. I can only eat their chanko ramen during weekday lunch hours, so it's difficult for me to visit the restaurant. I have only been there twice in the past, and the last time was 5 years ago. I was excited as I waited for my chanko ramen to arrive. It was served in a hot pot, still bubbling. I remembered that it used to be served in a regular ramen bowl before. As I tasted it, I noticed that the soup had a thick consistency, similar to Cantonese noodles. The flavor was great, so I enjoyed it slowly. My wife ordered the "Kimchi Chige Chanko Ramen," which had a spicy soup without the thick consistency. The staff kindly asked if she was okay with the spiciness, but it was a manageable level for those who are not sensitive to spicy food. The friendly service of the female staff was still the same as before. While there were mostly male customers during my previous visit, this time there were also female customers and families with children, showing that the restaurant has become more popular. When I got home, I looked at a photo I took with a female staff member 5 years ago, and I noticed that the chanko ramen was served in a regular ramen bowl back then. It seems that the current menu offering in a hot pot might be the new version of chanko ramen. I would like to try the chanko ramen I had last time again. Please note that photography of the menu or dishes is not allowed at this restaurant. You can refer to this website for more information: http://iwaino.net/ramen/mise/meirikisi.htm
