I arrived at the restaurant a little after 5:00 pm on February 2023. There was no one before me and one group after me. I've been curious about this yakiniku restaurant for a while, and this was my first visit. The owner, an elderly man, was friendly and efficient, which was cute. I wonder if it's a family-run business. The three staff members were all very friendly and provided great service. The interior of the restaurant, although old, was clean and well-maintained. We ordered Kalbi, Rib Kalbi, Gyutan (beef tongue), Wiener sausages, large and small rice portions, Wonton soup, assorted vegetables, Ginger Ale, Oolong tea, and soft beef tripe stew. The sauce seemed to be miso-based and had a homemade feel to it, which was delicious. The Kalbi was tasty, but it seemed to be frozen and partially thawed. The Gyutan was average. The Rib Kalbi had a chewy texture, and the presence of tendons was a bit off-putting for me as I don't like meat with tendons. The soft tripe stew was well-cooked and had a nice texture. The Wonton soup had a gentle flavor that paired well with the yakiniku. The Wontons were smooth and tasty, and for 350 yen, it was a great deal in terms of quantity. Overall, the meal for two cost just under 5000 yen. It was delicious, but the quality of the meat was not the best. However, the service was excellent!

We agreed that the restaurant we would least want to go to in that situation would be a yakiniku place. So, my companion and I decided to revisit Sannenmiles for dinner on this day. We arrived around 7:05 PM. There were 2 groups of customers before us, but soon the restaurant became full with more customers coming in. Our order included: Kalbi 600 yen, Sagari 600 yen, Upper Hormone 350 yen, Beef Tongue 700 yen, Heart 350 yen, Liver 350 yen, Assorted Vegetables 400 yen, Kimchi 200 yen, Large Rice 250 yen, Draft Beer (Asahi Super Dry) 450 yen, Lemon Sour 350 yen, Ginger Ale (M) 300 yen. We ate a lot and the total bill was less than 5,000 yen. Moreover, their stamp card has no expiration date, making it a popular choice for a full house on weekend nights. Visit date: July 6, 2019 On this day, I was on a business trip to a local area and would be returning late, so I asked my companion to find a restaurant. Among the options of Chinese, yakiniku, and kamameshi, we chose this place, Sanchiri. I heard it was reasonably priced and had good reviews on a certain website. We arrived around 9:00 PM and there were no other customers. Our order included: - Kalbi (beef short ribs) 600 yen - Rib kalbi 450 yen - Sagari (skirt steak) 550 yen - Gyutan (beef tongue) 700 yen - Upper horumon (beef innards) 350 yen - Lamb 350 yen - Assorted vegetables 400 yen - Rice (large) 250 yen x2 - Kimchi 200 yen - Chijimi (leek pancake) 400 yen - Draft beer 450 yen x2 - Cola (medium) 300 yen The kalbi was tender and juicy, the rib kalbi had an even richer flavor, and the sagari was slightly milky. The gyutan had a good texture and might have been the most delicious. The lamb was easy to eat without any gamy taste. The kimchi was a bit tangy, and the chijimi had good flavor but needed more cooking. Perhaps it was meant to be slightly undercooked? Honestly, I don't think they used the highest quality meat, but the charcoal grilling effect and the rich miso-based sauce made it very delicious. Especially, this sauce went well with the grilled vegetables. The atmosphere of the restaurant was friendly, with a casual master and a serious wife. The master was watching a movie on TV when he had free time, and even had what seemed to be dinner ramen at the time of payment, right in the dining area (laughs).
