I found a hamburger made with Shiraoi beef at the Ooryofunaya restaurant! I decided to upload it to this page since it was a special find. I chose the cheese-filled option. The onions were sautéed in tomato sauce and poured over the hamburger. The Shiraoi beef was truly delicious! The flavor was exceptional. The cheese complemented the beef without overpowering it, creating a mild sense of luxury. Although the portion was a bit small, it was enough to savor the deliciousness of Shiraoi beef. It was delicious - thank you for the meal!

★Shirooiawo Hamburg (4 pieces) for 780 yen ★Roast Beef offcuts for 580 yen ★Wagyu beef slices for 910 yen
I stopped by while going to eat soba in Noboribetsu. It's located in part of a factory, away from the main road so I didn't know about it before. They have a sale on the last Friday and Saturday of every month. I went around 10 o'clock and some of the discounted items on their website were already sold out, so it's better to go earlier. The hamburgers were delicious, the roast beef was peppery, and the Wagyu beef had a lot of tendons but it's good for curry or stew. The Wagyu beef is tasty! Thank you for the meal!

Today, there is a sale on Abe beef! I'm super excited because you can get Shiraoi beef and other items at a great price. Unfortunately, I can't make it to this sale very often. My usual order is Shiraoi beef roast beef, but today they have Australian roast beef instead. It's about half the price of Shiraoi beef, so I'll give it a try. The roast chicken that I've tried before was delicious, but they don't have it today. I'll also get some Shiraoi beef for yakiniku. It has really good marbling. I need to mark my calendar for this year's sale schedule!

My wife ordered frozen hamburg steak from COOP's delivery service and cooked it for dinner. She followed the instructions on the package and finished by browning it lightly without the lid. The White Old Hamburg Steak (mixed ground meat) was fluffy and the garnish included komatsuna, shiitake mushrooms, and bacon sautéed together. The flavor was straightforward, with a hint of cinnamon spice but not overpowering. The accompanying sauce was slightly sweet with a good balance of onion and apple vinegar. At 160 yen per 100g, the cost-performance ratio was reasonable. Personally, I would prefer a bit more beef flavor, so maybe switching from pork fat to beef fat could enhance it. Overall, it was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

My friend said they were going to buy meat, so they did some research and found a place called Abe Beef. They went during the end-of-month sale and it was quite crowded at the direct sales store. There were a lot of elderly people, probably because it's a high-quality meat. But surprisingly, the prices were not high, in fact, they were quite reasonable! They brought a cooler box and ice packs and bought bacon, hamburgers, and other processed products. In addition to Abe Beef, they also sold pork and various processed products. The sirloin steak they bought was so tender and delicious when eaten with just salt. It's nice to have such a melt-in-your-mouth meat once in a while. They wished they had bought more for yakiniku or sukiyaki. The sales days and discount details are a bit complicated, so be careful. The store is only open until 3 pm, from 10 am to 3 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The last Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of each month are sale days from 10 am to 3 pm. Bring your own eco bag or cooler box as bags are charged. During the sale, they have a note saying not to remove or wrap the price tags.

"White old beef, known as a brand beef both locally and nationally. At Abe Meat Processing, where they process White old beef and sell it in various places, they hold a monthly sale at Misono to give back to local consumers. I purchased block bacon and vacuum-packed beef tendons. The bacon was used for sandwiches during camping, and the beef tendons were used as an ingredient for curry rice. Both had a strong umami flavor and lived up to my expectations! I heard that their motsu (offal) and motsu nabe (offal hot pot) soup are delicious. I would like to try purchasing those next time and try them at home."

Similar to the hamburger, this was a purchase from the year-end project of "Todock." I prepared it on the weekend after Christmas. It was labeled as a "set for 2-3 people," so I used all the ingredients in the set, following the instructions on the back for the vegetables (with a bit less cabbage), and added leeks at the end as I prefer them slightly cooked. This was the "Wagyu offal hot pot" from Abe Beef Processing; one set was just under 1kg. Although it's called "Wagyu offal," the base of the soup is actually made with pork. It was rich and delicious, with a good balance of flavors. The offal included tripe, intestines, omasum, and honeycomb tripe, all fresh and well-prepared without any unpleasant smell, and they were tender, chewy, and juicy! The soup and vegetables complemented each other well, and I regretted holding back on the cabbage – I could have added another handful of leeks too. We enjoyed adding in gyoza skins as shown on a certain TV show and finishing off with ramen. In the previous "mixed ground beef hamburger," I felt like I wanted more beef, but with the "offal hot pot," I was able to thoroughly enjoy it. I hope the co-op will make this a regular item – it was delicious. Thanks for the meal!

This is the Abegyu Shiraoi hamburger (mixed ground meat). It is made by Abe Beef Processing Co., Ltd. using pork and beef from Hokkaido. Each hamburger weighs 100g and there are 4 in a pack. To cook, boil water in a pot, add the frozen hamburger, cover, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes on each side, then let it sit for 5 minutes. However, when I tried to make it, the heat was too low and it ended up more steamed than grilled, with no browning. The hamburger is very tender and has a strong beef flavor. I usually use supermarket ground meat to make hamburgers at home, but this one is incomparable in terms of beef taste. I bought it at a trial price of 702 yen. Although I haven't been there, it seems there is a direct sales store in Shiraoi. If I ever feel like buying Shiraoi beef, I would like to visit on a sale day after checking their website.
