Yakiniku LABO is located down a steep staircase on the basement floor. They offer a wide variety of meat options, and it feels like they have everything. I forgot to take photos of the meat, but the thickly sliced Upper Salted Tongue was incredibly delicious. The quality of the meat at this price point is amazing. The Upper Harami was also very good.

I think this is a high-quality restaurant in Sapporo where you can enjoy delicious meat no matter what you order. I heard that industry people also frequent this place! They have counter seats, sunken kotatsu tables, and regular tables, so it's easy to choose depending on the type of gathering. (For example, sunken kotatsu tables for groups of women, regular tables for company gatherings with older individuals, etc.) They also offer all-you-can-drink on weekdays. As someone who used to work at a meat shop, I saw many cuts of meat that I had never heard of before! It was a fun experience to look at and ask about the menu. The restaurant is located underground. Be careful not to slip on the steep stairs, especially in the winter.

I was intrigued by a quiet shop tucked away in a narrow alley and decided to give it a try. It turned out to be a hidden gem. They offer a great all-you-can-drink option and serve high-quality aged meat that was delicious. The cost performance was better than I expected. It might be more cost-effective to make a reservation and order a course meal. I would recommend this place to tourists as well.

Nakakoji Chiharu Sushi is located across from Moto Gyuuichi. |o| °д°)ノ| Yagachon Hallko-san, who gives a good impression with a young age and a smile, is managed by a calm and humble couple and their niece. They offer mainly domestic meat at a reasonable price. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with a homemade feel and aged ductwork. Bacca has changed its name and been renovated. It's nice that they offer a "half size" option. The meat is mostly domestic, occasionally from Australia. The White Horse whiskey on the rocks is a great choice. It has an adult taste. The combination of homemade pickles and alcohol is great. The Namul assortment includes bean sprouts, zenmai, vinegar namul, and horrenso. The vinegar namul is surprisingly similar to "namasu" eaten during New Year. The soft acidity and well-squeezed texture are refreshing. The meat is a great chopstick rest. The Half Salted Tongue looks like a full portion. It has a visually generous amount and a crispy texture when grilled. The saltiness is subtle and the mouthfeel is elegant. The Half Kalbi, made with domestic meat, has a tantalizing sweetness from the delicate fat. It is tender and rich in flavor. The Half Kalbi Sirloin, made with Australian meat, has a rich umami flavor from the offal. Eating it after the Kalbi provides a refreshing balance. The Megane (Glasses) Hump, a rare cut near the pelvis, has a similar richness to harami but with a unique umami from the fat. The Neck Hump, with a different richness and lightness compared to beef, is a unique cut. They also offer branded meat, especially the "Rakunou Daigaku Hele." It's a great experience to taste such rare meat. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and meal.

This is a review of a yakiniku restaurant located in the Susukino area of Chuo Ward, Sapporo City. I visited this restaurant when they participated in the Harvest Festival 2016 at the Habeast Bazaar in the Odori 6-chome venue, as part of the final phase of the Sapporo 10-ku Town Gourmet. They also host live performances and events, creating an area where you can enjoy food and drinks along with entertainment. While looking for meat dishes, I noticed their charcoal-grilled dry-aged beef. I had tried dry-aged beef at other restaurants before, but it's not often offered at events like this. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations at first, but after taking a bite, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavorful and tender beef. Even considering the price, the quality of the beef exceeded my expectations. One beer wasn't enough to accompany the meal, but since it was difficult to find a seat in the crowded area, I indulged in a plate of the delicious beef.
