This is a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious venison, Hokkaido lamb, and wagyu beef, along with a wide variety of wines to have a great time with friends. The stew served as an appetizer is delicious and always makes you want more. The garlic soy sauce pickled garlic and garlic fried rice are exquisite. Even if you can't talk to anyone the next day, you still want to eat there!

I have visited this restaurant many times, and every time it is always crowded. This time, there seemed to be a party going on, so the staff were very busy. We had made a reservation, but our food other than drinks took a little while to arrive due to the crowd. We ordered roast beef, another type of meat, salad, pickles, and beer. There was another dish I wanted to try, but I felt bad because they were so busy, so I only ordered a little and gave up on the rest. The interior of the restaurant is small but very stylish. The atmosphere is not intimidating, so it's easy to visit casually. I would like to come back on a less busy day and enjoy the food at a more relaxed pace.

We used it for a girls' gathering because we wanted to eat meat! We selected a main restaurant. It had been a while since we last used it, but it was still delicious.

I went to this second place near Dormy Inn Tomakomai for a casual drink after the first place. I was quite full from the first place, so I ordered white wine and cheese roast beef for appetizers. It was a 4-point appetizer platter, I think? Maybe it was a 3-point platter. It was nice to be able to nibble on various things while enjoying a drink. The roast beef and cheese were perfect for sharing among four people. The flavors were just right, not too strong. The white wine recommended by the staff was sweet like honey but had acidity that paired well with the cheese. Next time, I want to enjoy some hearty meat and wine at the first place. The staff welcomed me kindly and when I was unsure what to drink, they asked me what kind of wine I wanted and brought out a wine that was not on the menu. It's a safe place for women to visit alone. Next time, I want to come with a bigger appetite and try their desserts too.

If you say "There's one in Tomakomai too!" it might be rude, but a stylish bar has opened. The atmosphere is like a true bar that young people would love, with a European feel. Since it's a meat-focused place, order dishes centered around meat and enjoy some wine like an adult. The best choice might be the thick-cut bacon! The thick and juicy bacon is satisfying. We tried various dishes, but the dessert's impact and Instagram-worthy cakes that attract women are great too! However, if you order this last, it's so big that you won't be able to finish it! So, it might be best to go for a second round after this bar!

Hokkaido, Tomakomai City. Here is a relatively new meat bar located in a bustling area near JR Tomakomai Station called "Charcoal Grill Bar ONIKU". It is about a 10-minute walk from the station, in an area similar to Susukino in Tomakomai City. This area is filled with various restaurants, izakayas, sushi shops, yakitori shops, etc., creating a lively atmosphere. The restaurant is located on the 1st floor of a building and is popular on weekends, requiring reservations in advance.
The interior of the restaurant has counter seats and 6-7 tables for 4 people each. The menu mainly consists of meat dishes such as steak, roast beef, lamb chops, charcoal-grilled spare ribs, and various types of ajillo including octopus, gizzard, shrimp, oysters, and garlic. One interesting item on the menu is the "Death Ajillo", which is extremely spicy. There is also a section called "ONIKU SWEET's" which offers desserts like chocolate banana crepe and pancakes.
Some of the dishes we tried include marinated mushrooms which were light and simple with a generous amount of black pepper, and a Tencho Saibi beef sirloin steak which was cooked medium rare and served with mustard sauce, herb salt, and soy-based sauce. The shrimp ajillo was quite filling and came with bread, although the seasoning was a bit lacking. The restaurant has a stylish and trendy ambiance, attracting a lot of customers. The interior design, menu composition, and overall aesthetic appeal seem to appeal to both women and men. The hidden restroom door adds a unique touch to the place. The restaurant offers a variety of alcoholic beverages, with glass wines priced around 600 yen and Instagram-worthy jar cocktails starting from 800 yen.

My favorite meat bar has a great atmosphere and the staff are all very friendly with lovely smiles, making it a comfortable place to be. The chairs at the counter are a bit uncomfortable, but adding some memory foam cushions would solve that problem. They have a wide variety of wines, which I really like. Especially since there aren't many places in Tomakomai where you can drink Pinot Noir. Also, the restroom has a hidden door that blends in with the interior, so it's a fun challenge to find it. I recommend the garlic shrimp, beef tongue, and steak, all reasonably priced and delicious!
