This is a rare restaurant in Otaru where you can enjoy robatayaki. It is located in the Romantei Alley in the Sun Mall shopping street. You can also enjoy meals from other shops in Romantei Alley. A recommended dish is the octagonal grilled dish that is also the namesake of the restaurant. You can also enjoy seasonal vegetables grilled on the robata. Homemade side dishes by the owner are also one of the highlights.

In Otaru, Hokkaido, there is a robatayaki restaurant located in a narrow alley where many food and drink establishments are gathered. I visited Otaru during my one-month work stay in Hokkaido and decided to have dinner there on my day off. After enjoying sushi and taking a break with wine, this restaurant was our fourth stop.
