I had a BBQ party at Wood Design Park Sakae. It was 7,000 yen with an all-you-can-drink option, and it mentioned Awaji beef, but the staff didn't explain much at all. They just placed the food in front of us and briefly explained how to grill it. I believe there was chicken and pork as well (I could recognize the bacon and sausages, but I'm not sure about lamb and other meats since there wasn’t much explanation), which was really disappointing. The mobile drink ordering was also a bit chaotic during the event. However, there was a huge amount of food, so I definitely left with a full stomach. Thank you for the meal!

We went to a BBQ with friends and their family! The adults chose the best value course, while the kids, being small, added fries and edamame. I thought the edamame would be a small portion because it was cheap, so I ordered several, but I was surprised by the large portion! We enjoyed a cool BBQ to our hearts’ content, even in summer. The kids spilled juice and were a bit noisy, so as we were leaving, I apologized to the staff, bowing and saying, "I'm sorry for being so noisy..." But they all kindly smiled and waved us off, which made me really happy! Next time, I’d like to try a better course!

I visited Wood Design Park Sakai located on the 6th floor of SAKAI NANAIIRO in Naka Ward, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture. It’s easily accessible, just a one-minute walk from the 1st exit of Sakae Station on the Nagoya City Subway Higashiyama and Meijo Lines. The interior is spacious with artificial grass, creating a bright and open atmosphere. While there is no parking available, there are coin-operated parking lots nearby, making it convenient to access by car. The restaurant has 74 seats, including 64 sofa seats and 10 table seats. This time, I ordered the coarsely ground frankfurter, lemon herb chicken, WDP original spice spare ribs, and a shrimp and chunky vegetable ajillo served with four pieces of bread (1,550 yen), along with edamame (350 yen). The presentation was vibrant, and everything was delicious. The meat portions were generous, providing a satisfying experience. Wood Design Park Sakai is a high-quality, adult-oriented space where you can enjoy luxurious BBQ in an all-weather environment. It's also possible to drink during the day and enjoy all-you-can-drink options even on weekdays. I would love to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you!

The store has an outdoor-inspired interior that somewhat evokes the feeling of camping and BBQ, even though it is indoors (though I think the feeling varies from person to person, haha). I felt that the atmosphere was the main focus, so the quality of the meat and the freshness of the vegetables were just average. I was looking for a place to have an indoor BBQ in Nagoya, and I found this spot. Wood Design Park has opened right in the center of Sakae. It's located right above Don Quijote, making it super convenient to get to from the station. Since it's a recently opened venue, the interior is clean and cool, which was fantastic. The meal included some appetizers, the meat in the photo (enough for 9 people), a baguette, dessert, and one drink for 4,980 yen. The quality of the meat was indeed good, but it felt a bit pricey. Overall, the atmosphere was nice, and the coolness was amazing, making it a great option for BBQs in the summer!
