When it gets hot, my symptoms worsen, as I have a designated rare disease by the government. There is still no cure for my rare disease, but temporary improvement can be achieved by administering "blood products" for five consecutive days. I have been hospitalized five times for rare disease treatment-related reasons last year. I was admitted for the second time this year on April 4th, but was discharged 17 days later. I couldn't like or comment during my hospitalization, but I plan to catch up on that. Your supportive comments have always been a source of encouragement for me during each hospital stay. I am truly grateful for them. Moving forward, I will mainly focus on reviewing past reviews that have not been reviewed yet. I will limit new visits based on my health condition. Since my reviewer debut on December 19, 2010, it has been 11 years and 5 months. About 40% of this time, I have taken long breaks from reviewing three times or more due to health reasons. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, more and more work support facilities for people with disabilities are closing down nationwide, leading to a sharp increase in the number of people with disabilities in need. An article titled "Work Support B-Type in Dire Straits" was published in the local Hokkaido Shimbun on February 16, 2019. Sixty percent of the workplaces are experiencing reduced revenue due to the introduction of "results-based" work for people with disabilities. While subsidies were previously provided based on welfare aspects, with the introduction of "results-based" work, subsidies are no longer provided to workshops operating at a loss. Furthermore, since April 2018, the direction of self-support has been further strengthened. As the name suggests, support has increased for those who are mildly self-reliant. On the other hand, finding employment for people with severe disabilities has become even more difficult. Work support facilities also have a significant vocational training school element, making it even more difficult for people with severe disabilities to receive vocational training. In such a harsh environment, "Jellies Popcorn Saku...
