Dinner visit on a regular day. Night Sky Genghis Khan, which operates 5 Genghis Khan restaurants within a narrow area of about 100m from the Susukino intersection in Sapporo. We visited the 9th floor of the building with 6 people at 6:00 PM for a reservation. There is also an affiliated store (main store) on the 10th floor of the same building. The interior of the restaurant has a somewhat Showa-era atmosphere, with roll screens separating the adjacent seats, and small lanterns reminiscent of festival stalls adding a cheap feel. The menu offers two courses for 90 minutes (120 minutes with a coupon): "Ultimate" for 4,900 yen (includes various Genghis Khan dishes, Australian shoulder loin, Hokkaido venison, mutton rolls, and salted shoulder loin, with additional premium drinks like Taketsuru and Chita whisky, and authentic shochu), and "Night Sky" for 3,900 yen. The courses include assorted meats and comparison sets, as well as a variety of individual items. We ordered the Ultimate course for 4,900 yen. When you order a course, you are served with a platter of four types of meat (raw lamb, marinated Genghis Khan, tri-Genghis Khan, and salted Genghis Khan), and you can add more meat orders after finishing this. We also ordered a platter of grilled vegetables, raw lamb, salted Genghis Khan, venison, herb salted lamb, and other meats, as well as kimchi, chilled tomatoes, and moro cucumbers for snacks. The drink selection for all-you-can-drink includes premium options like Taketsuru, Chita, Yashima, Dassai Junmai Daiginjo, Kanta Tan, Kuro Kirishima, Mitsuyama, and Isami, so we were very satisfied. The cheapness of the interior is a bit of a shame, but it seems that they are investing more in the ingredients. Overall, we are very satisfied. Thank you for the wonderful meal.
