I have experience as an oyster fisherman, so I've had a lot of fresh seafood, but I was surprised by the freshness and uniqueness of the oysters here! The menu includes grated plum and shiso salsa sauce, oyster sauce, roast beef, oysters with salmon roe and potato salad, salsa, olive oil, cheese, and fresh oysters. Everything is delicious, but personally, the grated plum and shiso made me tremble. The oyster platter made by the chef was truly amazing, I took a lot of photos! Also, they have craft beers from all over the world, so beer lovers should definitely check it out. I can't drink alcohol at all, but the Hawaiian beer bottle was so cute that I tried it and it was incredibly delicious. It's a beer with fruit in it, and the fruit juice inside is so good. And since we were there, we also tried some sake from Otaru, such as muscat, lemon, and apple. There are also many fruit beers, and I chose muscat. I drank it like juice and when I checked the alcohol content, it was 0.5%. We walked back to the hotel feeling a bit tipsy. The balance of fruity notes from Mosaic and Citra hops with bitterness in this golden beer is exquisite. Galaxy Express 999 from Helios Brewery in Iwate, with over 50% wheat content, promises an elegant and rich taste inspired by Maetel. The sweetness may feel a bit heavy, but it's worth a try. They had chilled tomatoes, Sichuan-style chicken, fried potatoes, steak, taco rice, and milk gelato from a specialty shop. The portion size was just right, not too much. And the prices were very reasonable. They also had a wide variety of cocktails, including seasonal ones like watermelon at that time. I tried them all and was completely satisfied. The restaurant has a classic American vibe inside. The seating is a bit tight, but it's clean so it's okay. There is also a counter, and a friendly lady serving solo customers. Even with the 3500 yen course, you can have delicious beers like Hoegaarden or Corona. That's more than enough! So, let's start with my favorite Hoegaarden for a toast. The food comes out promptly. The chilled tomatoes, drool chicken, and fried potatoes are all delicious as snacks! And when it comes to es, it's all about steak. It was tender, satisfying, and tasty. Then we tried the taco rice paella, a bit unusual but we mixed it up and enjoyed it. It was also delicious and paired well with the beer. In addition to bottled beers, we also tried their classic beers and es cocktails, all of which were delicious. It's great to have the opportunity to try beers from around the world like this. The food menu is limited, with most items listed on Tabelog. They have a wide variety of beers, making it a good choice for a first or second round. However, we were there mainly for dinner. We ordered while consulting my husband. I really wanted to have the tantanmen, but my husband said no, so I had to give up on that. - Salmon Marinated in a tangy carpaccio sauce, the salmon melted in my mouth and was refreshing. - Loaded Potato with plenty of vegetables and potatoes. The rich and flavorful sauce paired perfectly with the vegetables and potatoes, offering more volume than the appetizer. - Toyonishi Beef Half Pound Steak Lean and tender steak with a light flavor, just the way I like it. I finished it quickly. - Toyonishi Beef Mille-Feuille Cutlet Sandwich I still had room, so I ordered this as an extra. The main guy, Otsuka, who used to do the Pro-Ject at the previous store, is from the es background, so people come expecting not only craft beer but also performance cocktails. There are also women who used to be at the Mac store. The environment is welcoming for those just passing by. The ingredients are from well-known brands, such as "Toyonishi Beef". The collaboration dishes made by BOBBY'S are top-notch. The gin performances by es are just amazing. The Toyonishi Beef is so tender and flavorful, and the collaboration with the fluffy rice from the Toyonishi Farm and the thick bread from the Atsubetsu residence is just unbeatable. The oil noodles are a must-try for beer lovers. The flavor is stronger than in the Pro-Ject days. The atmosphere inside is cozy and welcoming. It's an Irish pub after all. The staff are great hosts.
