"Goncha" I wasn't a good person either, and the kids didn't grow up straight. One of my three kids once vandalized the school, got caught, and then ran away when asked to clean up by a certain time. His mother got called to the school and had to deal with a lawsuit where she was sued for millions of yen. It was a chilling news that made me shudder. Two days later, I went to Sapporo not to scold anyone but to say, "Don't lick the soy sauce dispenser." I ended up being alone even though I came with someone else, not for a few hours but almost a whole day. I came to the Aeon Hakodate store in Sapporo to kill some time and saw a menu item called "Goncha." What's that? Deer droppings? I'm not eating that. Is there anything else on the menu? If not, just take it off. I wanted to write something like "Goncha" but without the black potato. But when I got there, I saw cookies and bread. I could have just gotten a cookie, but I ended up getting a melon bread. I put the bread on the counter and then froze. It was a strange moment. I thought maybe there would be something else to order, but it seemed like I was expected to wait. It made me laugh. Maybe melon bread doesn't feel like that because it's small. The surface is like melon bread, with a bit of sugary texture and a hint of melon. But the dough isn't too thick, so you can feel it clearly. And surprise, surprise, there's red bean paste inside. Like the filling of a meat bun? This is amazing. This is something only someone else would appreciate. The red bean paste is delicious, it seems. The melon bread was beyond my expectations. Truly a tapioca shop.

Now, here at the Aeon Mall in Hassamu, I found out about the opening of four new stores and decided to come check them out. However, this one was not on my radar (laughs). Since I was already here, I decided to stop by this tapioca shop. When it comes to tapioca, I always go for the brown sugar milk, so this time I tried the seasonal limited Amakusa Mango Milk Tea for 600 yen (*^^*). It's a tapioca drink with a mix of sweet and sour Amakusa and sweet mango with jelly. It was delicious. It's nice to try something different once in a while.
