I was disappointed by this newly opened restaurant, to the point where I couldn't even bring myself to take a photo. I ordered the premium sushi, expecting it to be made by the head chef, but instead it was made by what seemed to be a part-time female employee. The rice was like a ball of dough with poorly cut toppings on top, and it couldn't even stand on a pair of chopsticks without falling over. To make matters worse, there were plenty of rice grains stuck to my hands. This was extremely amateurish and definitely not up to the standard that should be served to customers.

New sushi restaurant opened in the building where the original "Miyako Sushi" was located. The owner is the owner of "Ryori Kukan Tanaka". I must admit, this is the first time I've heard of it (sweat). This time, I want to fully experience the master's best work. ■ Nigiri Sushi "Heimai" ¥3410 Starting with Ohyo, followed by Akami, Kitamori, Snow Crab, Scallop, Amaebi, Ikura, and Uni to finish. The craftsmanship of the shari, the slightly sweet vinegar, and the perfect temperature of the toppings. It's delicious♪ However, it's a bit lonely without soup. I also ordered Botan Ebi Sashimi as a sake accompaniment, and they served it with shrimp miso and shime saba, showing great hospitality. (*´꒳`*) Overall, it's not a place you can casually visit due to the price (in my case, I spend money on alcohol haha), but it has become a sushi restaurant I want to visit on special occasions.

The head chef is very friendly! I think it's better for new customers to have the head chef make their sushi. As others have mentioned, it was hard to hold back laughter when the rice was covered in rice grains. Maybe they see tourists as not regular customers and use it as practice? I was hoping for autumn delicacies like saury and salmon, but I was disappointed. The scallops were delicious though! The revolving sushi in Sapporo is clearly better. I'm sorry, but I couldn't stomach the sea urchin. It might be better not to serve bad quality sushi. I'll pass on sushi in Kushiro. Thank you for the meal.
