I visited Gururi-san again because the food was delicious. The clean interior, calm kitchen, and comfortable counter did not disappoint. The refined dishes, such as the plump oysters and the gentle-tasting clams, always surprise me. Pairing the food with wine made for a luxurious experience that was worth more than the price. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

In Asahikawa, it is difficult to secure a reservation at a teppanyaki course specialty restaurant without booking at least a month in advance. The prices range from around 6,500 yen to 8,000 yen, which is reasonable. The dishes are all intricate and delicious. The steak and abalone are cooked perfectly and of high quality. There is also a variety of wines available, making it a great place to enjoy a leisurely meal. I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

It's been a while since I last visited Gururi-san! I've been going there even before they moved to this location. I reserved a counter seat two months ago and finally, the day arrived! The food was consistently delicious, worth the price. They also have a great selection of wines which got me really excited. Both the food and wine were delicious. Thank you for the wonderful meal. I will definitely go back again!

I tried to make a reservation in December, but it was fully booked every day and I couldn't get in (>_<) Only counter seats are available, and there are only 8 seats! Finally, I was able to visit for a New Year's party after making a reservation in advance♪ The food is only available in three course options! I will go for the 6500 yen course (^-^;
◆ Sparkling Japanese Sake "Hitotoki" (small bottle) 900 yen
This is something I haven't seen before. It's a sweet sparkling wine-like sake from Rokkasen.
・ Deep-fried Ishikawa taro
It's a type of taro, simple with just a salty taste, but delicious and fluffy♪
・ Karasumi (bottarga) and shiitake mushroom grilled
This is the real karasumi? I thought it would be saltier, but it tastes the same as the fake karasumi I reviewed the other day (lol).
When I muttered that I wanted to drink sake, they said there are several types in the fridge, so please choose. There was one I hadn't seen before, but they said it has a deep flavor, so I chose a safe one.
◆ Daishinshu "Soujouzume" Junmai Daiginjo
I drink it quickly, so not just one glass, but a 4-gou bottle (*´艸`). It's sweet and fruity, which I like♪
The white wine of the customer next to me was provided with a cooler, but I wonder why they didn't provide one for the sake (?_?)
・ Seared Boushuu peony shrimp
Under the shrimp roe is sea urchin♡ The yolk sauce is rich and the scent of perilla seeds is good♪
・ Foie gras sauté
Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside (*´艸`)♡ Even the companion who doesn't like foie gras ate it all (lol).
・ Wagyu steak
The marbling is just right and it's delicious♡ I like to eat it simply with salt♡
All the dishes are in small portions, so even I could finish them all and it was just right♪ I enjoyed it until the end! I want to visit again on a special day♪

I went to Gururi-san again. It's a small restaurant with 8 counter seats. The chairs are spacious and comfortable. I drove there, so I ordered oolong tea. The owner manages everything by himself, from serving to cooking. The quality of the ingredients is exceptional. He doesn't offer cheap items but provides delicious dishes made with high-quality ingredients. No matter how many times I visit, I am always satisfied. Reservations are a must, and you can make a reservation by calling in the early afternoon. Treat yourself to a happy moment here!

I went to Gururi to eat spring dishes! I had visited last month as well, but today the owner went to the mountains at 4:30 in the morning to pick wild edible plants for us. The bamboo shoots from Hokkaido and the soup were delicious, allowing us to fully enjoy the spring season.

We went to Gururi-san! Following our visits in April and June, the three of us foodies wanted to eat something delicious. The owner is particular about the origin of the ingredients and the producers. It was a blissful moment. We are looking forward to what they will serve next time.

In Asahikawa, it's the number one restaurant. I'm always moved by the chef's dedication. The ingredients are handled carefully and in the most delicious way. I apologize for not having a photo. The dishes here engage all five senses. I can't help but be captivated by the chef's cooking. This is a restaurant I'd like to use for special occasions.

A few years ago, I wanted to go but couldn't find the restaurant, and even when I finally mustered up the courage to call, I couldn't get a reservation for that day. A friend told me it's their go-to spot, so they made a reservation for me a month in advance. It's located on the first floor of Kanda Hotel, with shuttered surroundings making it seem quiet, but inside Guriuri is fully booked. There are 8 seats at the counter, and the owner manages everything alone, using carefully selected ingredients. The food comes out at just the right timing without making customers wait. I'll definitely make a reservation for next month as well!
