The breakfast buffet at Hotel Amaneku Asahikawa was fantastic. There was plenty of high-quality sashimi and the pineapple was incredibly sweet. I think it's the best breakfast I've had at a business hotel, I was very satisfied and would love to stay there again.

Summer vacation in 2022, 3 nights and 4 days trip to Furano, Biei, and Asahikawa. Stayed at a newly opened business hotel in October 2021, Standard Twin room (17 square meters) with breakfast included for 2 people at 13,821 yen. The hotel is new, clean, and cheap, but the Standard Twin room is small and not very convenient to use. The 17th-floor open-air bath had a disappointing view with the "Tsuruha Drug" sign right in front. The breakfast buffet costs 1,500 yen for adults and offers approximately 50 dishes featuring seasonal Hokkaido ingredients (such as rice, vegetables, seafood bowls, and casseroles) in both Japanese and Western styles. However, the quality and content of the buffet were just average or so-so.

I stayed at the new hotel Feel in front of Asahikawa Station, above Tsutaya. I was so tired that I didn't take any photos. The interior of the hotel is stylish with a Nordic feel. Since it's new, it's obviously clean. There is a large communal bath and an outdoor bath. However, there was only a hot tub, so on busy days, it might be hard to use the outdoor bath. The room only had a shower. I wish I could have taken more photos of the breakfast. The menu seemed quite extensive. Despite that, I ended up with a seafood bowl with random sashimi and a few vegetables, which was not helpful at all. I had been drinking the day before, so I didn't have much of an appetite. Next time, I want to stay on a day when I'm not drinking!

"I stayed at Amanek Hotel during Golden Week in Aomori. I thought our vacation was over, but suddenly I heard, 'I booked a hotel in Asahikawa.' It's a new hotel.' I didn't pay much attention at first, but on the way to Asahikawa, I had time to write a draft, so I listened carefully. Oh, I've used that hotel for Instagram before. It has a stylish exterior and the interior is cool. The BGM is jazz and the breakfast looks good, but we didn't include breakfast for tomorrow morning. I had a welcome drink, espresso with two shots for me and cappuccino with more than two shots for my partner. Is it delicious? Well, it's not bad because it's not too acidic. The bath is on the 17th floor. I planned to drink and then go in, but ended up falling asleep and taking a morning bath. It's a communal bath. No complaints. There's also an open-air bath, but it's too hot. Someone used up all the hot water in the tub. There's only a shower in the room. I can't understand people who brush their teeth in the bath. I brush in the car, so I can't judge others. In any case, it's a comfortable and stylish new hotel that I would like to use again."

New business hotel in front of Asahikawa Station. It was full of foreign tourists. The price is quite reasonable, which is great. Convenient as there are convenience stores and drugstores nearby. Breakfast costs 1500 yen for adults. Is the specialty New Year's dishes, soup curry, ochazuke, and sashimi? The sashimi was okay. However, there were various types like salmon, squid, sea bream, and more. There were also plenty of grilled fish which was good. It's not incredibly amazing, but I am satisfied.

It was a new and beautiful hotel. However, the communal bath was a long and narrow type with the washing area in front of the tub, so you are constantly being watched from behind. It wasn't my favorite type of design, and it was narrower than I had thought, unlike the photos. As for the breakfast buffet, it was neither good nor bad. It would be nice to have 1 or 2 specialty dishes that can only be eaten at this hotel. I preferred Hotel Y with the bakery N in front of the station or Route Inn G, so next year I would like to try staying at the hotel connected to Aeon.
