I got off at Chuo Byoin-mae tram stop and visited a yakiniku restaurant just after turning left at the north side traffic light. The restaurant has sunken kotatsu seating and tables for four people. The menu doesn't have any unique items compared to other restaurants, but they have a secret sauce that they have been using since their establishment. They use charcoal for grilling, which emits only CO2 and doesn't release as much H2O as gas grills. Additionally, charcoal emits four times more far-infrared rays than gas, allowing for quicker cooking. As a result, the same ingredients taste better when grilled over charcoal. Furthermore, if you have six or more people, you can reserve in advance for a 120-minute all-you-can-eat and drink course for 4,300 yen!! This is a cost-effective option if you prioritize quantity. They also have set meals for around 1,000 yen.
