I made a reservation for a course meal and visited this restaurant for the first time. The dishes were truly exquisite, just as rumored! Each dish was delicious and there were many of them, with a mix of Japanese and Western flavors. It was enjoyable to taste different flavors with each dish. The seasoning, sauces, and portion sizes were all at a very high level of quality. It was like magic! The chef is truly a magician when it comes to flavors. This is just my personal opinion.

Today, I visited a new restaurant called "石窯焼カキ ときしらず" in the city center of Obihiro. The restaurant specializes in stone oven-baked oysters. The atmosphere is cozy with seating for about 15 people at the counter and tables. I tried their delicious clam stock omelette and enjoyed it with a drink. Next time, I'll come back to try their oysters. The restaurant is open from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm, closed on Sundays and the second Monday of the month.
