Four minutes walk from Odori Subway Station. About 230m from Streetcar Nishi 8-chome Station. Proceed south at the intersection of Streetcar Street Minami 1 Nishi 5, then turn left and right. Located next to Nest Hotel Sapporo Odori. The spacious interior has 132 seats including counter seats, sunken kotatsu seats, and table seats, suitable for groups and parties. The showcase inside the restaurant displays various delicious meats such as black wagyu kalbi and beef tongue before slicing, making it a fun sight. At Ajiokuen, you can enjoy a variety of delicious meats like pork hormone and beef tongue at a reasonable price. As it is directly operated by a butcher shop in Kitami, it has a good reputation for its taste. This time, I gathered with my foodie friends for dinner. The restaurant is always full, but today we were able to get in without a reservation. The lineup of meats in the showcase is impressive! Thick slices of meat that are not often seen even in butcher shops were lined up. The grill is a shichirin. Cheers with draft beer! This time, I had "pork hormone," "pork upper guts," "upper mino," "heart," "bean sprout namul," and "kimchi." Pork hormone... has a strong elasticity and a firm texture. The fat of the hormone is sweet and delicious. The salt is well seasoned, making it easy to drink with alcohol. It is delicious whether grilled until crispy or lightly cooked. There is no unpleasant odor, and I finished it in no time. Pork upper guts... has a decorative knife and looks elegant. It is so soft that it can be cut with teeth. It is fresh and has no odor, so even those who are not good with guts should find it easy to eat. The refreshing seasoning is delicious. Upper mino... has a beautiful color and is shiny with oil. This mino also has no unpleasant odor. It seems to be very fresh. The coriander-like elasticity felt with teeth seems addictive. The well-balanced seasoning is also to my liking. It goes well with highballs. Heart... the heart with plenty of oil looks delicious. It is fresh and has almost no typical heart odor. The chewy texture is good, and the umami spreads with each chew. It has a strong richness and delicious umami. The size and volume were not too large, making it easy to eat. Bean sprout namul... the bean sprouts are crunchy and have a good texture. The seasoning is probably based on chicken broth. The refreshing seasoning and the right amount of salt were good. The namul eaten with yakiniku tasted even more delicious. Kimchi... a well-balanced mild kimchi. It goes very well with meat. The slightly spicy taste made me want to have more. Overall, I felt the hospitality with the polite customer service. The restaurant was bustling with customers, but all the staff were efficient and left a good impression. No misses with the meat! All-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink Wagyu beef for 4,300 yen is very reasonable and popular, which is understandable. Recommended for those who want to enjoy a full stomach of meat and alcohol.
