I came to a restaurant near Kotoni Station for a solo yakiniku dinner before heading home. I had a strong craving for yakiniku and couldn't focus on work until I satisfied it! When I arrived at An An, the lights were off and the staff seemed flustered. Thankfully, they got it sorted out and I was able to order. They offered a free first drink through LINE, so I went with a 190 yen highball. The meat prices were surprisingly cheap - Young Kalbi for 270 yen, An An Roast for 290 yen, Salted Pork Hormone for 290 yen, Miso Pork Hormone for 290 yen, and Yagen Nankotsu for 290 yen. The prices were low, but the quality and quantity were great. The lean cuts were a good deal, and the hormone dishes were even better than some pricier places I've been to. I found out they have 170 locations nationwide on their website. I thought it was Yasuyasu, but it's actually An An... haha. The pork belly was too thick and tough to chew. I got carried away and ordered too much, reaching the limit of my stomach... I wanted to try the wood ear mushroom namul, but I couldn't. However, I managed to eat two shoe ice creams, proving that I have a separate stomach for sweets. In the end, I had the first three dishes, 8 servings of meat, green vegetable namul, kimchi, baby corn, okra, half portion of salted cabbage, two shoe ice creams, and two glasses of oolong tea. I don't eat rice when I have barbecue. I ate too much. When I got home and weighed myself, I had gained 2kg... I need to control myself. If you want to pursue quantity without worrying about the price, this place might be good.

I often go there, but I find it a bit disappointing when there are a lot of small pieces like lamb that crumble and fall through the grill. I understand that it's difficult with frozen meat, but I would like them to improve on that. I also wish they would add more side dishes to the menu. I go there frequently and I'm getting tired of the same options.
