It's Kitami today, just the two of us. We are aiming to conquer all the ramen shops in Kitami. Actually, when I come with my wife, it's tough. She says, "Who cares about that (conquering all the shops), let's just eat delicious ramen." Quite right... but then when I say, "I'll drop you off at your favorite shop," she says, "I guess I'll go with you." Even though I thought it was fine, when I mentioned "Gohan Doki," she said, "Maybe we should cancel." Both of us don't play pachinko, so we can't eat ramen in that smoke. We went inside a pachinko parlor. Wow, even though it's Sunday, don't you have anything to do? Can't judge others... Anyway, we searched but couldn't find a shop. Hurriedly went outside and circled around the building, found it at the back. It said "Even people who don't play pachinko can easily enter." We'll enter according to the opening hours. The recommended dish is Katsudon. The shop assistant is the previous customer. Ticket machine. "Rich and tasty salt ramen" and "soy sauce ramen" for 590 yen, not bad right? The best thing is that it's non-smoking until 2 p.m. L-shaped counter, long side with 10 seats, short side with 4 seats. BGM is Japanese pop. Two middle-aged ladies. It didn't even take 10 minutes. A bit colored salt. When I put the noodles in my mouth, a smell I don't like comes up. Flavored menma, good texture. The soy sauce has a strong soup base. The soy sauce one is lighter. The chashu is soft and flavorful. Spinach is not bad. The soup is a bit sweet. It's borderline, but 3.0. My wife was thinking the same thing. "Where did the chicken go? The soy sauce one was better." Exactly. "There was nori in the picture, but it wasn't actually there." Did you forget? Either way, it's not a pure salt ramen. Feels like they're doing unnecessary work with the salt ramen. It's fine for eating in between pachinko rounds. There are two "Maruhan" in Kitami, so there are two of them in the same way, so you don't have to go to the other one...
