Welcome! ┌¬o”* * * 2015.07 ↓Located in the Yamada-cho district of Otaru City, facing a corner on Sushiya Street, this seafood bowl restaurant is the newest in the area with its headquarters in Sapporo. |o| °д°)ノGlarara "Welcome~♪" I thought it would be a young person, but it's actually a lady running the place alone. "The weather is nice today~♪" Just casual conversation makes you wonder if this is really a seafood bowl restaurant. The L-shaped counter has about 9 high chairs, and the menu is clearly displayed with or without allergen information, making it easy for even children to enjoy "sea urchin" without worry. The parent company is based in Sapporo and often participates in events, which I had never heard of before. The efficient way they prepare the dishes is amazing! "Here you go, sorry for the wait~♪" It's so fast that there's no time to wait. The 10cm bowl is overflowing with 3 colors~♪ The 3-color bowl with added colors of shiso leaves, pickled ginger, and tamagoyaki comes with saltwater sea urchin, which gives a sense of the softness of the flesh. The salmon roe is lightly seasoned with soy sauce and bursts pleasantly in your mouth. The sea urchin has a nice saltiness, and when you feel it melting, the crab meat is fresh and makes you feel like you're eating crab at a sushi restaurant. Occasionally eating something like this makes you realize it's in a different class from an izakaya... The bright yellow tamagoyaki is slightly sweet with a firm texture, but I wish they had put a little more on top given the height. The rice is a bit cold in places, surprising me!! The rice is vinegared, which is why it's cold! Of course, if it were hot, the sea urchin would melt and the toppings would be warm. It's a blissful moment to savor slowly... You don't need soy sauce for the toppings... Just sprinkle a little wasabi soy sauce on the vinegared rice and enjoy the refreshing stimulation that passes through your nose. The tororo konbu in the clear soup has a gentle flavor with a strong dashi taste. There are various sushi restaurants around, but this one is the most casual and reasonable in terms of price. I don't know if it's worth it for others, but I felt satisfied. Thank you for the meal! ===========

Shinjuku Keio Department Store's station bento and delicious food market last day! I went on a whim after scouting the day before and being intrigued! Last week, I was taken to a sushi restaurant to celebrate my birthday, but they were sold out of sea urchin, so I was disappointed. The sea urchin sushi I ordered the next day at a standing sushi bar was also a letdown. There were also ikura and crab toppings available, but I skipped those and went for the most expensive sea urchin bento! It may look small, but it is packed with sea urchin! The sea urchin is rich and delicious without any fishy smell ((〃´▽`〃))/“ However, it's a bit lacking in the creamy texture. The sushi rice is cooked firm and tasty! I got a little tired of just sea urchin because I was greedy haha. But that just means they're using plenty of it, right? (*´∀`*)ノ Oh, I'm satisfied, satisfied! Thank you for the meal!

In October, it seems like there were two Hokkaido exhibitions, and I happened to come across the Hokkaido Fair at Takashimaya from October 15th to October 27th. The average age seemed high, and the shops there were a bit pricey. When I found something delicious, I couldn't resist getting takeout. At the Ishibune-an booth, there were various types of sushi for sale, and I tried the crab mayo inari sushi. It was surprisingly light and different from what I expected, but the crab from Hokkaido added a nice flavor without being overpowering. It was healthy and tasty!
