Here is the translation of the review:
"I continued my review from last year a little longer. I bought a tempura bowl at a shop in the food section of Sapporo Mitsukoshi. I was shopping at Mitsukoshi, so I bought a tempura bowl here for dinner. They were selling various types of tempura, but this time I purchased the "Tempura Bowl (600 yen excluding tax)", "Sweet Potato Tempura (250 yen excluding tax)", and "Pumpkin Tempura (250 yen excluding tax)". The tempura bowl had lost its crispy texture as some time had passed before I ate it, but it was still delicious. As it is a department store, the prices are reasonable, and I think it's a good place to casually enjoy tempura."

This is Mitsukoshi Sapporo, I'm alone. Today is my last day here. The plan is to finish everything in the city before heading back. I made a note of the order to visit places. Mitsukoshi is the main stop for me, to have some ice cream at the event there. I also had ramen and then walked around a bit. I found a tempura restaurant where the lady said, "Our tempura bowl is very affordable." I don't usually like bowls, but I do like tempura bowls. The tempura bowl was only 594 yen, which is quite cheap. The lady mentioned that it was freshly fried, but I didn't really care as I wasn't going to eat it right away. The tempura bowl was good, with a light sauce. Overall, it was a delicious meal.

On a certain holiday, while strolling through the city, I stumbled upon the branch of Ebiten at Mitsukoshi underground. I tried a few items from the menu that caught my eye from the Motoishi showcase. The "corn (108 yen)" was surprisingly crispy and sweet with bursts of corn flavor, making it a unique and tasty dish. The "itoyoridai (162 yen)" was a white fish with a good flavor profile. The "seaweed chikuwa (130 yen)" was a large chikuwa with plenty of seaweed attached, perfect for adding to udon. I love "spring cabbage (108 yen)" in general, and this one had a rich taste that I enjoyed. The "sweet pepper (130 yen)" looked like a large bell pepper and was indeed sweet, with a slight spiciness. Overall, the tempura was best enjoyed fresh and hot. Thank you for the meal.

◆◆◆◆◆◆【Second Post】◆◆◆◆◆◆【October 2015】Returning after a long time since my second post, I decided to buy the "Ten-don" again. The staff recommended the "affordable Ten-don" today, so I opted for that instead of the "Jou-Ten-don".
- Weight of the Ten-don: 321g
- Ingredients: 6 types of tempura on rice - shrimp, shiitake mushroom, seaweed, sweet potato, chrysanthemum greens, and smelt fish
- Price: 594 yen (including 8% consumption tax)
The base of the Ten-don is the same as the previous review. It was a good choice to go for the affordable "Ten-don".

I ordered the "Jou-Ten-don" for takeout. Ebi-Ten Bunten Sapporo Mitsukoshi is a takeout specialty store for Tempura and Ten-don!
- Date: December 2013
Ebi-Ten Bunten is a Tempura restaurant established in 1962. I visited the Mitsukoshi Sapporo store's Ebi-Ten Bunten for a Ten-don takeout after a long time. This store is located near Mitsukoshi and is easily accessible. It is located on the B1 floor of the Mitsukoshi Sapporo main building. For more details on the location, please check on Tabelog.
The store has pre-fried tempura for side dishes but usually fries the Ten-don upon order, so it may take some time. I ordered the "Jou-Ten-don" and paid for it. The tempura was freshly fried for the "Jou-Ten-don". The oil used is a mixture of salad oil and sesame oil, and the frying method is a healthy type without excessive batter. The weight was 405g, with a standard bento weight. The tempura was not overly battered, giving a healthy feel. The tempura is fried at an angle, not fully immersed in oil, giving it a unique texture. The Ten-don had a good balance of rice, tempura, and broth. It's a popular takeout spot for tempura lovers. I might go for the "Jou-Ten-don" again next time. The popular Ebi Curry Ten-don was not available here. It was a delicious meal.

When I visited the restaurant just before closing, there were many different combinations of tempura rice bowls available. Lucky me! I chose the tempura rice bowl with eel. It also had shrimp, eggplant, and maybe green beans. The sweet dipping sauce was perfect!

Sapporo Mitsukoshi, located on the basement floor, has a branch of Ebiten. I was able to purchase a bento at a great price just before closing time. The tempura bowl was packed with vegetables, shrimp, and conger eel, and it cost just over 600 yen. Every piece of tempura was delicious, and I was very satisfied.

I bought it around evening time and today's special was about 400 yen! So cheap (´∀`) I didn't know there were times when it's this cheap~ Lucky!! There were other options but my heart was set on the large print of the conger eel. I bought a mini tendon with conger eel, shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, and fish cake. The tendon sauce was not too sweet and the rice was nicely soaked. Even after some time, the conger eel remained fluffy and delicious (´ω`) I will definitely buy it again!!
