Located inside Toko Store is Rokkatei, a small shop area selling Rokkatei sweets in individual pieces or sets. They do not have cakes, but offer a basic lineup of products. There were a few locals buying items for home use. Convenient for souvenir shopping.

Grandma went to visit her grandson and it seems she was celebrated for her birthday. She wanted to see her great-grandchild and before I could meet him, she said, "〇〇〇 (my second daughter) likes you, so she told me to bring this for you," and she placed it in front of me. What's this? When I looked, it was "Ohirahara." Huh? Do I like Ohirahara? How does my daughter know something I don't know? Even though I don't know what it tastes like, I like it? Am I losing my mind? Or is it my daughter? If I don't eat something every day, the stock won't decrease, so I'll eat Ohirahara. It's a beer snack... Say whatever you like. It's not moist, it's quite rough sponge that absorbs moisture... It's a sponge. It absorbs beer... It's delicious. The sweetness is moderate, the butter is surprisingly weak, and I like it this way. It was a delicious treat.

I went shopping at Toko Store after finishing some work and found my favorite "Rokkatei" inside! When you find it, you have to stop by (*´∀｀)ﾉ (Yes! It's a must!!) I bought three items that day! The seasonal "Do-yo Mochi" is currently on sale, made with Tokachi red beans and has a delicate sweetness, it's delicious. The classic "Choco Marron" is a moist biscuit with a thick chestnut paste filling and chocolate on top. And the sweet treat "Tamagashiwa" with pecan nuts and honey-soaked raisins in a maple-flavored mini cake. I will definitely visit another branch soon! Thank you, Toyohira store♪

This is a review of the "Rokkatei" coffee jelly purchased at the Higashikou Store in Toyohira. The cup contains cream on top, and the jelly has a slightly firm texture. It has a smooth and easy-to-swallow consistency, with a mild sweetness and bitterness that would appeal to many people. Personally, I prefer a stronger flavor. This is around Toyohira Koen-mae Station. I've been visiting this area quite often recently. Surprisingly, there are shops inside this Toko store, and it's convenient with an eat-in corner. I start by eating something sweet to recover my energy. Since there is Rokkatei here, I take a little break. Sesame Daifuku 110 yen excluding tax Cream Puff 100 yen excluding tax It's been a while since I had Daifuku, so I'm a little nervous. This Daifuku is a bit firm with plenty of sesame seeds. The mochi is hard, so it's satisfying to eat. Black sesame seeds contain a large amount of sesamin, which has the effect of preventing aging and lowering LDL cholesterol, so it has more benefits than gaining weight! It also has the effect of improving liver function, so it's Daifuku with black sesame seeds for the day after drinking! It's not curry (´∀｀) Cream Puff Rokkatei's cream puff is moist. I visited while shopping and came across the coffee that I had overlooked in other branches. I purchased it and found out it was the same as the self-service complimentary coffee offered in standalone stores. Despite lacking luxury, the simple taste was to my liking and the price was reasonable. I thought it would be nice to purchase coffee alongside sweets in the future.

In May 2016, I visited Rokkatei at the Toko Store. Rokkatei is my favorite sweet shop, and I usually buy the Marusei Butter Sand, but this time I bought the Daippeigen and the May Wagashi. The Daippeigen was a new experience for me, a small round cake similar to a madeleine, with a crispy surface and a rich buttery aroma. It was so delicious that I couldn't stop eating it. I noticed that one of them had an unusual shape, and upon closer inspection, I realized it was in the shape of a heart. The May Wagashi had a nice matcha fragrance and a soft and delicious texture with a perfect amount of sweet red bean paste. Thank you for the wonderful treats! ✿ฺ(๑´ڡ`๑)✿ฺ.

Rokkatei is now a leading confectionery shop representing Hokkaido. Originally a branch of Sapporo Senshuan, it has grown to surpass the main store. They have outlets in department stores and major supermarkets in Sapporo. Their "Marsei Butter Sand" is particularly famous. I recently visited their store in Toyohira area of Sapporo, located in the food court of Higashi Hikari Store Toyohira branch. I bought a unique item called "Bukkake Botamochi" and also tried their "Sakuramochi" and "Beko Mochi". The Bukkake Botamochi had separate servings of sweet red bean paste and mochi rice with a strong mugwort flavor. The rice was firm and not mashed, while the red bean paste was lightly sweet. Mixing them together before eating was recommended. It was an interesting item priced at 280 yen. The Sakuramochi had a mild sweetness and was easy to eat, made with 99% Doamigashi rice from Hokkaido. The Beko Mochi was soft and had a texture similar to sweet potatoes, different from the traditional leaf-shaped Beko Mochi, with a black sugar flavor. It was priced at 85 yen. Rokkatei offers a variety of affordable and delicious products, making it a reliable choice for confectionery. I would love to visit again when I'm in the area. Delicious, thank you for the meal.

I received some snacks from a snack shop this month, available for pick-up from December 25th to January 7th (January 6th for Eastern Hokkaido). I had never tried any dorayaki other than the ones with sweet bean paste. The blueberry one was sweet and sour, the apple one had sweet apple jam, the sweet potato one had diced sweet potatoes with sweet bean paste, and the chestnut one had chopped chestnuts with sweet bean paste. The blueberry one was the best, with large chunks of fruit giving it a satisfying texture. Thank you for the delicious snacks.
