The toppings were plentiful, but the soup was a bit lukewarm, so the cold noodles cooled down quickly when dipped. The extra soup I ordered at the end was also lukewarm, so I couldn't finish it. The fish flavor could have been stronger, and despite being described as rich, the flavor was a bit lacking. Well, since this tsukemen has just been introduced, I hope it improves in the future.

I decided to try the "Third Generation (950 yen)" this time, as I had already tried the "Shoga no Kiwami Miso" at another branch before. The ramen arrived in about 7 minutes, topped with plenty of finely chopped green onions, featuring an old-fashioned light soy sauce broth. The soup was light and gentle, with plenty of umami, making it satisfying. As a middle-aged person, the ramen brought back a sense of nostalgia, and the combination of the soup with the medium-thick curly noodles was delicious. Although I'm not sure if the taste of the "Third Generation" ramen I had this time was the same as the one I had at Tokyu Department Store in the past, I still found it delicious. The fried rice that other customers ordered also looked appetizing, so I would like to revisit and try it if I have the chance.

However, since it's on the ladle, you have to move the ginger to drink the soup... so I moved it onto the chashu and slowly melted it while enjoying it separately. Anyway, the overall balance of flavors was perfect! This ramen is worth a thousand yen or more without complaint! I will definitely be visiting again.
