This is Warm Vegetable located near Sapporo Station South Exit, right next to Asty 45. This time, I had the Beef Shabu Course for 3,278 yen. We had one pot with Rishiri Kombu broth and another pot with a deliciously spicy broth. The great thing about Warm Vegetable is that the broth is really tasty. Unlike a certain major shabu-shabu chain where the broth is weak, Warm Vegetable never disappoints. I left feeling full and satisfied today. Thank you for the meal!

Warm Vegetable is located right near the East Exit of Sapporo Station, in the Asti 45 building. I went there for dinner on a Sunday and opted for the all-you-can-eat course featuring carefully selected beef and Iberico pork, with choices of kelp broth or soy milk broth. I used a Hot Pepper coupon and added on the all-you-can-drink alcohol option for an extra 500 yen, bringing the total to 4,108 yen including tax. I indulged in the beef, but switched to the leaner beef shabu-shabu meat and beef shabu-shabu (lean) instead. I also added some offal to make it like a motsu hot pot. I love eating lettuce at Warm Vegetable - it's delicious when you briefly shabu-shabu it for 5-10 seconds, making it nice and crunchy! I arrived right when they opened, so they were a bit overwhelmed with orders at first, but I was able to eat my fill. The service was also great. Thank you for the meal!

On Sundays at lunchtime, you can choose between all-you-can-eat or set menu only. I ordered the pork shabu-shabu set menu (with namul, three types of pork, vegetables, and choice of noodles or risotto). You can also choose from various soups. Even with the set menu, I was quite full. The risotto for the finish won't come out unless you ask for it, so be careful about that!

Limited time offer for all-you-can-eat vegetables for 831 yen on August 31st (reservation required). I also ordered corn tea for 240 yen, totaling 1178 yen. Payment with PayPay is required, and one drink is also mandatory. The reservation was relatively easy to make for this special vegetable all-you-can-eat offer, limited to three groups per day from August 31st to September 2nd. I believe that meat in shabu-shabu restaurants doesn't vary much unless it's a high-end place, so I prefer focusing on the vegetables. This restaurant seemed to have a special focus on their vegetables, making this offer worth trying. I chose the soy milk and wagyu dashi broth, which was flavorful at first but became a bit heavy towards the end. The soy milk broth started off thin but became tastier as the vegetables cooked in it. I recommend letting the vegetables simmer until they are very soft, especially the onions, which become quite sweet. The meal ended with a cheese risotto using the soy milk broth, which I almost added more of at the last minute. I would like to try it again for lunch next time. I particularly enjoyed the green onions and other fresh, sweet vegetables with rich mushrooms. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I'm glad I tried it. Thank you for the meal!

I went to a limited-time yuzu-flavored grated yam beef tongue shabu-shabu at Onyasai and it was delicious! The restaurant is offering a special promotion until December 9th, where the price is discounted to 1000 yen from 3,980 yen. You can choose two types of hot pot, and I chose beef tongue and motsunabe. The variety of vegetables at Onyasai is amazing and all very tasty. The appetizers like quail eggs and salted cabbage come quickly, and you can order more meat and vegetables using the touch panel. The drink menu includes alcohol all-you-can-drink, which even has gold leaf sake. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I will definitely go back to take more pictures next time!

The hot pot broth with dashi and soy milk is delicious with plenty of vegetables. There are also mushrooms and thinly sliced chicken, which could be even thinner for better taste. If I had to ask for more, I wish there were more varieties of sauces available.

The title says it all, but there's quite a difference, isn't there... I was really torn... This time I used Ubereats (ΦωΦ) (I just really wanted to eat some warm soup!) ・2-color cup hot pot (fire pot/soymilk curry) set It looks small, but it had quite a lot of ingredients! The green onions are delicious!!! The green onions are so sweet!!! The mushrooms are quite abundant, but I wished there was a little more meat added (I think there were only about 2-3 slices of pork). The fire pot side seems to have yuzu pepper in it (ΦωΦ) (the subtle yuzu flavor was really impressive to me). It's not too spicy, more like a kimchi stew (without kimchi or tofu). The soymilk curry is like a flavor that girls would love. It's quite mild with a hint of curry flavor. It feels like something you would find at MUJI (just my impression). Personally, I preferred the fire pot side. The sesame rice was packed tightly in the container, so there was no shortage of rice (ΦωΦ)♪ ・Quail flavored egg marinated in ponzu sauce It had a refreshing, Japanese-style flavor. This one is the same price for takeout as well. My craving for warm soup was satisfied. Since takeout is much cheaper, I might use it next time...! It's only about a 30-second walk from Asty (good access, right? (ΦωΦ))

Three Generations of Ultimate Dashi Cup Nabe for 450 yen. Work lunch at Asti next door. They have a limited takeout menu with plenty of vegetables. Three types of cup nabe menu for 450 yen: Three Generations of Ultimate Dashi, Spicy Hot Pot, and Soy Milk Curry. You can add rice for an extra 100 yen, but I didn't need it, so I ordered the light Three Generations of Ultimate Dashi. It's like a chilled soup from a convenience store, with plenty of vegetables and lots of ingredients like green onions, carrots, shimeji mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and plenty of beef belly meat. It has a gentle flavor of bonito dashi and white soy sauce, and it goes well with a sprinkle of ichimi chili pepper. It's healthy without rice, low in carbs, and good for dieting. Thank you for the delicious meal!

After the New Year, my first lunch was a bento box from a shabu-shabu restaurant. The carefully selected beef kalbi and leek salt bento box for 850 yen was a happy meal with beef kalbi from noon. True to the shabu-shabu restaurant style, the beef kalbi was not grilled. It was combined with salt sauce and leeks, resulting in a light and delicious flavor. I was expecting yakisoba on the side, but it turned out to be shimeji mushrooms instead. Although I would have preferred yakisoba, this also reflected the restaurant's style. A serious and delicious bento box that showcased the restaurant's unique features. I would definitely want to eat this kind of bento box again. Thank you for the meal. The handwritten message on the lid also added a warm touch.
