It wasn't a storefront, so I was a bit confused about where the entrance was, but after opening the door to a room on the first floor of a building, I saw a showcase filled with chiffon cakes. I bought a cafe mocha chiffon cake made with rice flour (260 yen) and a salted caramel chocolate (300 yen). I was surprised by how fluffy the chiffon cake made with rice flour turned out to be! It was light and not too sweet, and absolutely delicious. I could probably finish a whole cake by myself. It was so delicious that I wanted to leave a rare review. ✨

After arriving at the shop and parking my car in the parking lot next to the building, I entered the shop through the door that looked like an office door. I looked at the products and purchased a "milk tea" rice flour chiffon cake and a "florentine" baked good. After paying, I left the shop. Back at home, I tried the rice flour milk tea chiffon cake first. The texture was fluffy and moist, and it was surprisingly delicious for a rice flour cake. The sweetness was mild and easy to eat. Next, I tried the florentine baked good. I could taste the almond flavor well, and the sweetness was mild with a crispy and light texture. This shop's chiffon cakes use rice flour, making it a great option for those with wheat allergies.
