Visited "Yakiuo Ishikawa" in Tsukiji. This restaurant focuses on grilled fish instead of grilled meat, aiming to express the flavors that rival those of a yakiniku restaurant using fish. I made a reservation online after finding the restaurant on the internet and was intrigued by the Uni Ikura Don photo. I chose the Blissful Seafood Course (12,100 yen). Upon arrival, the illuminated sign outside caught my attention. Inside, I was led to the second floor where there were grills at the tables. The course began with: Blowfish Nitsuke, Seared Bluefin Tuna Toro, Seared Southern Bluefin Tuna Toro, Thai Sashimi and Tuna Yukke, Clams, Conger Eel, Grouper, Blowfish, Shirako, Eggplant, and Bai Gai (appetizers), Special Donburi (Tuna Steak, Uni, Ikura), Clam Soup, and Dessert (Chocolate, Matcha Yokan). Overall, I highly recommend it. The red vinegar sushi rice was delicious, serving as a base for the grilled fish. The Toro slices were exceptional, resembling meat with their perfect balance of fat. The white fish had a satisfying texture, and the Conger Eel and Grouper had a great fat content. I was truly impressed by the grilled fish, a must-visit. I paid with a credit card. It was delicious. I will come again. Thank you for the meal.
