"Ygeia," a restaurant in Asahikawa Harete known for its dry curry and Greek yogurt, has opened its second branch on the 1st floor of AEON Mall Asahikawa Station. The owner warmly welcomed me, recognizing me from my visit to the Harete store last August. The seating capacity is limited to 4, but you can also enjoy your meal at the nearby food court. I ordered the "Shrimp and Clam Seafood Curry" (1,100 yen) and the "Greek Yogurt (Half) (Strawberry)" (550 yen) for dessert. The curry, made without added water, is rich in seafood flavor with a variety of spices, offering a mild spiciness and a creamy texture. The accompanying achar pickle was also delicious. The homemade Greek yogurt was smooth and had a natural sweetness, with a choice of 5 different flavors. The sauce topping was also tasty. It's great to have easy access to delicious dry curry and Greek yogurt near the station!

Ion Asahikawa's food court has a Greek yogurt and curry shop right in front of it. They make their extremely rich handmade Greek yogurt using a special method that takes over 50 hours. They also offer a special no-water spice curry. The "Mini Greek Yogurt 330 yen" is a trial size and very small, so it does not come with fruits on top, as explained in advance. If you try to order a half size, they will inform you that due to the intense heat this year, strawberries and blueberries will not come with fruits on top, but they will offer a discount on the price. So, I decided to go with the mini size. The yogurt comes in five flavors: Nuts & Honey, Strawberry, Blueberry, Kiwi, and Mango. They also have five types of lassi. The Greek yogurt is sugar-free and extremely rich. The sweet strawberry sauce complements it well. The nuts and granola add a nice crunch. It's a healthy and satisfying snack. I hadn't had yogurt today, so it was just what I needed. It's convenient to be able to have yogurt while out and about. I just had breakfast, so I passed on the curry, but I heard the no-water curry is also delicious. Thank you for the meal!

This is a curry and Greek yogurt shop located inside a shopping mall. I ordered the homemade chicken and tomato curry rice in large size with a drinkable yogurt. If you order a kiwi curry along with Greek yogurt or drinkable yogurt, you get a 100 yen discount. The curry was a little spicy (I usually prefer mild curry). It was delicious.

This is the Aeon Mall in front of Asahikawa Station. The scenery in front of the station changes every time I visit after a few years. Both the station and the mall have a quiet atmosphere with few people despite the population. I ordered the Nuts & Honey Mini (330 yen). The yogurt seemed to be made from milk rather than fresh milk. It had very little acidity and was a mild yogurt. The mini size was just right. The nuts and honey may not be necessary. Thank you for the meal.

Curry is something you just have to try. I went to "Ygeia" again, this time at the Ygeia AEON Mall Asahikawa Station store. The curry I tried was the ultimate Keema curry for 1210 yen. The appearance was striking, with an ivory-colored curry roux topped with a chicken egg yolk. It looked like a treasure from an Indiana Jones movie. At first glance, the taste was completely unexpected. The roux was smooth and creamy, but the rice had a strong Oriental flavor. It may not be for everyone, but for those who enjoy Asian cuisine, it's worth a try. I may not want to eat it every time, but I know there will come a day when I crave its unforgettable, mysteriously delicious taste.

I visited the Ygeia (Igia) store at Aeon Mall Asahikawa Station before watching a movie at Aeon Cinema Asahikawa Station. They offer dry curry and Greek yogurt. I tried the "Seafood Curry with Shrimp and Clams for 1,100 yen," while my companion had the "Homemade Chicken and Tomato Curry for 990 yen." The seafood curry was rich in umami from the seafood and vegetables, with a spicy kick from the spices. It also came with achar. The chicken and tomato curry had a deep curry flavor that paired well with the juicy chicken and fresh tomatoes. The nuts added a nice touch. Overall, the dry spice curry at this place is quite delicious.

The store here has changed...(*˙꒫˙* ) After a health check-up, a few of us decided to go and try it out. We were all bursting with energy because we had been restraining ourselves! LOL. We ordered the "Seafood Curry with Shrimp and Clams". I got regular rice with extra curry sauce, and also added a side of Greek yogurt with mango. One of us who was really hungry ordered the large size. After paying, we waited for our order in the eat-in area and chatted. When our food arrived, it looked delicious. It was fruity and had just the right amount of spiciness, making it very easy to eat. It might be a bit too spicy for children, and the rice was a bit soft. The yogurt was thick and tasty. It would have been even better if it was a bit hotter. Overall, it was a delicious meal. Thank you! (*´∀`)♪

I set aside three types of curry and opted for half Greek yogurt. I also chose the sauce, and went with nuts and honey. They also have a mini size, but I decided to be a bit greedy. This place is located in Asahikawa and is their second store. They make the yogurt in their kitchen for 52 hours! And apparently, this is the only place where you can get takeout. They have a cute eat-in space separate from the food court, where I enjoyed my meal. The yogurt was deliciously chewy, but the honey was a bit too sweet. Once I mixed it well, it was just right. There were plenty of crunchy nuts coated in it. It was a little memory-making and healing experience in Asahikawa. Thank you for the meal!

After the salad shop, I went to a high-class curry restaurant called Igia. I ordered the tomato chicken curry and strawberry lassi. It was my first time at this place, but they had seating available so I sat down to wait. Dry curry is delicious and healthy, and I finished it all. The lassi with strawberries that the staff recommended was easy to drink. I also tried the keema and yogurt curry on another day. It's a great place, I hope it becomes popular. Thank you for the meal! ^^

"I'm not sure about this place, I haven't been here before but I don't feel like dining in, so I'm thinking of getting takeout. I didn't find out beforehand if that's possible, so it's a hit or miss situation. Maybe I should call them... Oh well, I ended up at Aeon Asahikawa Station instead. I thought it was on the 4th floor, but it turned out to be a food court. I was a bit off, I thought it was a restaurant area on the 4th floor. My research was quite half-hearted. Did I not mention that here? Why is that? I could have just gotten a juice instead. I'll go for the Keema curry. It's expensive though, why? I'm really impressed. It's delicious and spicy. It's definitely spicy, but it tastes better with rice. The spiciness is just right, I prefer it spicier, and since it's Keema, it's full of flavor and richness without a strong meat smell. It's delicious, no doubt about it. But if I'm paying 1200 yen, I think it's only natural to expect it to be delicious. Maybe my wife noticed that I didn't look too happy about it? A rating of 3.3, what's that supposed to mean? It seems like the price is a sticking point after all."
