It's been almost half a year since I last visited. The course menu is the same as before, priced at around 6,300 yen including a 10% service charge and a 300 yen seating fee. The menu includes 10 types of meat, an appetizer, Chorogi salad, grilled mushrooms, kimchi, and a choice of curry, meat soba, or dessert for the finish. The chef used to work in Italian cuisine as well. The appetizer on this day was a mushroom quiche-like egg dish with a hint of truffle aroma, which was delicious. The Chorogi salad received high praise from many diners, thanks to its homemade dressing that was incredibly tasty. The first round of meat included a combination of 4 types, such as beef tongue and marinated beef ribs, all of which were delicious and satisfying. Despite already feeling quite full at this point, the meal continued to impress! One highly recommended dish was the grilled sukiyaki with ribeye, a luxurious and satisfying treat. If desired, they would mix the remaining meat sauce with egg and rice for you to enjoy. Another standout was the truffle-topped beef tendon, with the chef shaving truffle over the dish right in front of you. The curry for the finish was consistently tasty, and the caramel pudding for dessert, which I tried for the first time, was also a favorite. The caramel was perfectly balanced, making it so delicious that I could almost drink it. The portion sizes were generous, leaving even my dining companion stuffed, and all of this at such a reasonable price. The chef was friendly and the overall experience was delightful. This has become one of my favorite restaurants.
