Eating sushi in Ginza! At Sushi Noboru in Ginza, I thought it would be impossible to make a reservation on the same day, but I was able to book a spot for one person at 8:30 pm (^ω^) I visited right away, and the rainy Ginza was not crowded. I found a small sign at my feet and went downstairs. There are about 9 seats at the counter, and there are two private rooms. I enjoyed Ginza sushi right in front of the chef. The course costs 20,000 yen per person (excluding a 10% service charge). First, I started with an 8-ounce draft beer (1,000 yen) for a toast. During the meal, I also enjoyed a dry sake called "Tsuru Rei" for 1,500 yen and another one for 1,500 yen. The omakase course included: appetizer (shrimp and potato), Japanese flying squid (from Kagoshima) with salt and yuzu, sweet shrimp, three types of tuna from Miyagi prefecture, striped jack and bonito sashimi, cockle, grilled swordfish (with micro tomatoes), horse mackerel, fatty tuna, purple sea urchin (from Hokkaido), mixed rice with throat black, fatty tuna with miso soup, and dessert (mango something). Everything was delicious, but the striped jack was especially good. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, and the staff were friendly. I would like to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal!
