Actually, the former head chef of a very famous restaurant. The appetizer is delicious. You must try the miso-stir-fried eggplant. There are also many types of sake available. If you have any requests, they will accommodate you if possible.

On my way to work, I stopped by the Frontier Adult Dining, where I was warmly greeted by two male staff members. The young staff member in charge of the hall welcomed me with a smile and provided a high-quality hot towel, which was a nice touch. For lunch, they offered a variety of options such as soba with tempura or seafood mini-donburi sets. I opted for the customizable soba lunch set with a drink. I chose the shrimp tempura soba and the daily special mini-donburi with pork cutlet. The soba had a nice texture and was well-drained, but the soba, dipping sauce, and wasabi seemed more commercial than authentic. The soba broth was too salty, so I could only take a few sips. The mini pork cutlet was small but tender with a crispy coating. It was served with shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, and a thick sauce. The shrimp tempura was large and had a sweet coating, but the texture was enjoyable. I wished there was tempura dipping sauce and grated radish or ginger to enhance the flavors. The rice was good, but a bit clumpy, and the side dish of tarako with konnyaku was a nice addition. The food seemed to be made with commercial ingredients, but I was curious about their curry and the tuna sashimi bowl. The restaurant allowed smoking at the counter during lunchtime. Overall, I had a pleasant dining experience in a clean environment with attentive service. The restaurant had a total of 6 counter seats and 4 tables for 4 people each, with parking available for 5 cars nearby. I would rate it 3.2 for taste, service, atmosphere, value for money, and drinks. I am interested in trying the tuna menu next time.
