Sashimi assortment for 2,160 yen ★★★★★ I had always been curious about the fish store across from Nishioka Sushiro, but couldn't find any information about it online. However, I heard from a local resident that their sashimi was delicious, so I decided to give it a try. The store's opening hours were unclear, but when I visited around 1 pm, they were in the process of putting up price tags, so I assume they open around 12 pm or 12:30 pm. The sashimi assortment ranges from 800 yen for one person to 2,000 yen for two people. They are willing to accommodate requests for specific items or avoid certain ones, but this time I ordered the 2,000 yen option and it took some time to prepare. It's recommended to call ahead for reservations if you're in a hurry. Due to limited fish supply that day, the presentation looked a bit sparse, but it was actually quite generous for two people. The assortment included medium fatty tuna, octopus, lean tuna, scallop, salmon, and white fish. I forgot to mention that my husband and I don't like scallop, but he tried it and said it was "really delicious". So I decided to give it a try too, and it was indeed tasty! The medium fatty tuna melted in my mouth, and the white fish was delicious. We also bought a half of raw trout for only 486 yen and cooked it with crazy salt and powdered cheese. This place has earned a spot on my sashimi list. Thank you for the meal!
