I visited the store at 3 pm on a weekday in October 2022. There was no one before me, and one group after me. I originally planned to just have a crepe and warabi mochi drink at Plandor, but when I saw the taiyaki next to it, I couldn't resist and decided to get one with custard and soy milk cream! This was my first time visiting since they moved, and I used to go to the old location many times. They make everything from scratch here, so it took about 10 minutes for my order to be ready. When it was finally done, it was too hot to eat right away! The soy milk cream was less sweet than the custard and really delicious. The freshly made taiyaki had a crispy crust and was so tasty! I think I might get addicted to this. The custard was the classic choice, but it was a bit too sweet for me. Be careful, though, as the soy milk might spill out since it's hot! Oh, and for a limited time, you can get a glasses wipe or disinfectant sheet for free when you spend over 500 yen! (I chose the glasses wipe, it's so cute!)

We were in Kushiro, just two days after New Year's, so we didn't expect any restaurants to be open. We weren't planning on using Tabelog, but we ended up at AEON and decided to have soba nearby. Right in front of us was Joy Pack Chicken, next to an au shop. There was also Taiyume and Cafe Plandor. Taiyume had more customers than the au shop. When we tried to order soft serve at Taiyume, they told us the machine was broken and directed us to the cafe next door. We ended up ordering "Kogane" and "Cream" for 320 yen. We had to wait for over 10 minutes. The Taiyume was thin-skinned with plenty of filling, and the filling was delicious. It was a bit pricey, but still tasty. The cream had a mild sweetness that even drinkers and sake-loving folks could enjoy.

When I came to buy Joy Pack Chicken, I found "Taimu" next door! My companion said, "I want to eat taiyaki!" so we stopped by and ordered "Ufu Cream" and "Keema Curry" (each 160 yen including tax). They bake it after you order, so it's freshly baked with crispy skin and hot filling. According to the official description of the shop, "Ufu" is a custard cream with a rich egg flavor with plenty of vanilla beans. It's not too sweet, creamy, and delicious. The Keema Curry is quite spicy! It has plenty of minced meat for a satisfying meal!! Both taiyaki are filled with bean paste all the way to the tail. The shop also accepts reservation sales if you call ahead. The staff are kind and provide attentive service. I envy the people in the neighborhood. Thank you, "Kushiro Store"!
