I was recommended to visit this restaurant by a friend when I mentioned that I had some business in Tokyo. The restaurant was located down a main street with a sign out front, and upon entering, I found a cozy and clean establishment. There were 10 seats at the counter where you could watch the sushi being made, as well as two tables for larger groups. I was lucky to snag a seat at the counter, but later on, the restaurant filled up quickly with four groups being turned away due to full capacity. It's a good idea to make a reservation for lunch or dinner to ensure you get a spot. I ordered the ¥4500 lunch set, which included 10 pieces of sushi and a soup. The meal started with a delicious egg dish, followed by various types of sushi such as sea bream, horse mackerel, yellowtail, mackerel, flounder, sea urchin, ark shell, lean tuna, fatty tuna, and more. Each piece was meticulously crafted and incredibly tasty, making me smile with each bite. I highly recommend trying the eel and hand-rolled salmon roe sushi, as they were particularly outstanding. The eel was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the salmon roe was generously portioned and paired with crispy seaweed that added a unique flavor. Despite traveling a long distance to visit, I found myself wanting to come back for more after experiencing such delicious sushi. Sitting at the counter, I initially felt a bit nervous, but the friendly demeanor of the head chef put me at ease, allowing me to relax and enjoy my meal.
