A sushi restaurant located in a prime location in Ginza where you can be satisfied with everything. The chef carefully prepares each dish in front of you, starting with sashimi and grilled dishes, followed by nigiri. The food is delicious and luxurious, with a sense of extravagance in enjoying small but tasty items. It is worth noting that the original Toro Taku was created at the Sapporo main store of this restaurant. Of course, Toro Taku was included in the course. Even the side dishes like pickled ginger and wasabi are not overlooked, showing their attention to detail. The course is well-balanced and can be described as orthodox. Despite being in the competitive area of Ginza, the prices are reasonable. I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

After going to various sushi restaurants, I always end up craving Ishizugawa's gentle sushi. I enjoy sushi with a punch too, but I always come back to this place. I'm starting to crave it again. I always wonder why sushi can taste so different depending on who makes it.

Thank you for always serving delicious sushi. I love the firmness of the rice and I love the pickled ginger so much that I can just drink alcohol with it. The pickled mackerel is also good. The nigiri is of course the best. I want to eat squid and ark shell forever. I always order the sushi course + additional items.

Lunch "Roku" for 7,700 yen (12 pieces of nigiri sushi, salad, soup, dessert) started with salad. The dressing was light, and the flavor of the salmon was strong, which was nice. Nigiri sushi: (red snapper, scallop, spear squid, bonito, fatty tuna, sea urchin, salmon roe, cured mackerel, salmon, shrimp, eel, egg) Dessert: small red bean paste cake The standout pieces were the scallop and the sea urchin with a light sprinkle of salt. The wasabi was quite strong in the first half of the meal, but it was just right in the second half. The chef asked about the size of the rice balls midway through and even placed the sushi in a left-handed arrangement, showing great attention to detail. The dessert red bean paste cake was not too sweet, and the cool bean paste paired well with the crispy cake, making it delicious.

When it comes to Ginza, it's all about omakase sushi. I found out that the chef used to work at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Macau, so I decided to try it for the first time. He carefully prepared the sushi in front of me and explained each piece. Thank you for the delicious meal.

The interior of the restaurant is very beautiful. There are many staff members, and they are very friendly. The dishes are made with ingredients like carrots, myoga, and daikon radish. I forgot to take a photo, but they serve a style where karasumi is sandwiched between thin mochi. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Visited during the day. The restaurant is located underground, so it may be a bit confusing to find for first-time visitors. The interior has a calm atmosphere. I sat at the counter and the person making the sushi was friendly. The course cost 7700 yen and included a small dish, 12 pieces of sushi, a soup, and dessert. I started with a salad before the sushi began. Every piece of sushi was easy to eat. I'm not a fan of oily fish, but the ones served had no fishy taste and were actually delicious. The eel was so tender that I hardly needed to chew. The egg omelette tasted like a cake.

On Saturday around 1:50 PM, we visited without a reservation, just the two of us. They allowed us in saying we could leave by 2:30 PM. We had the Fukui course for 3,850 yen, which included salad, 9 pieces of sushi, rolls, a bowl dish, and sherbet. Due to the state of emergency, we couldn't order alcohol, so we politely opted for tea. They were very attentive in refilling our dishes, which we appreciated. The meal started with a salad, which was great as sushi can sometimes lack vegetables. The sushi started with flounder, and although the first piece was so-so, it quickly improved with dishes like Thai clam, red meat, horse mackerel, and king salmon. The second half featured sea urchin, sardine, eel, and tamago. The salmon roe was sold out, so we had sardine as a substitute, which was surprisingly delicious. The eel was so good that the customer next to us ordered an extra serving. It's amazing to find such a reasonably priced and wonderful course in Ginza. The restaurant has a Foodlog rating of 3.52 as of September 2021.

I became a fan of this shop in Sapporo and also visited in Tokyo. While I mainly used it at night in Susukino, Sapporo, I went for lunch in Tokyo. The interior of the shop was beautifully designed and the service was very polite. Despite being a lunch menu, the sushi had a lot of heart. I heard that this was the birthplace of the maguro tataki, but I forgot to order it. I'll make sure to try it next time!

First, cheers with a beer. The craftsman's hospitality was great, making the meal start off on a good note. This time, I ordered the sushi course. It included a salad, 12 pieces of nigiri sushi, and dessert. You can enjoy this course for just a little over 7000 yen for lunch! I imagine it would cost about double for dinner for this quality... I started with the salad, then moved on to the nigiri. I had mackerel, followed by greenling, ark shell, which was the most delicious mackerel I've ever had. Then came yellowtail, salmon, and more. Each piece was seasoned perfectly to match the fish. I indulged in buri, sea urchin, salmon roe, and fatty tuna. Finally, I had conger eel, egg, miso soup, and dessert to finish off the course. I also ordered an additional dish of baby sea bream. The impression of the craftsman was really good, and the sushi was delicious.

Located in the basement of the luxurious Fukuhara Building, this restaurant exudes an upscale atmosphere. It is on the same floor as the members-only steakhouse 1864. This was my first visit since they relocated from Shiodome. I opted for the course menu priced at 5,400 yen. The meal started with a salad followed by 10 pieces of nigiri sushi including Thai, lean tuna, chicken thigh, marinated flounder, aoyagi clam, pickled cherry salmon, sea urchin, salmon roe, and conger eel. The dessert of the day was an ice cream monaka.

I arrived at the sushi restaurant during lunchtime. I visited without a reservation and there were only a few customers. I started with beer and then moved on to sake. The sushi was small but good for pairing with drinks. There were no standout items, but the blue fish and shellfish were particularly good. The sea urchin battleship sushi was unique and delicious. The chef was friendly, and the lighting and atmosphere of the restaurant were bright and clean. Sapporo beer was served with salt, and red Sapporo was also available.

I had a wonderful time enjoying Edo-style sushi at a clean and bright counter. The sushi was delicious and I had a very pleasant experience. The standout for me was the pickled ginger. It was the best I have ever had in my life!

I received quite a lot besides the lunch photo. The chawanmushi was even more delicious than before! It cost around 20,000 yen per person. The medium fatty tuna and squid were especially delicious.
