Let's go for sukiyaki this time, as I always get tired of seafood, ramen, and Genghis Khan. The restaurant is a bit hard to find at the back, but there is a parking lot. It has a great atmosphere and seems like a place suitable for entertaining guests. The female owner was very friendly and seemed like a popular beauty.

During our honeymoon trip to Hakodate, we had a crab shabu-shabu course. The exterior and interior of the restaurant were very beautiful, and the service was excellent. Of course, the taste was also very delicious. The broth was very tasty, and even the ramen at the end was so delicious that it could have been a standalone dish at the restaurant. I wanted to eat crab in Hokkaido, so I searched on my phone and found a restaurant that specializes in shabu-shabu and sukiyaki in a calm atmosphere. They also offer a crab shabu-shabu course, so I made a reservation right away. It took about 10-15 minutes by taxi from Hakodate Bay area to get to the restaurant. The entrance had a beautiful Japanese garden-like design, and I was guided to the counter where the shabu-shabu pot was set up for my reservation. I ordered the Crab Shabu-Shabu Course and added a rolled omelette. The meal started with vegetables, chawanmushi, and the eagerly awaited snow crab. I also ordered an additional rolled omelette. After enjoying the vegetables and crab shabu-shabu, ramen was served as the finishing touch. Finally, I had matcha ice cream for dessert. The atmosphere was great, and the staff were very friendly. In downtown, there is a Sukiyaki and Shabu Shabu restaurant called Gyubei which has a great atmosphere. The meat and vegetables are delicious, and the ramen at the end is amazing! I visited the restaurant again because I had a good experience with the all-you-can-eat sukiyaki course at a banquet before. The atmosphere was nice and I was curious about the taste of high-quality meat. The restaurant used to be a traditional Japanese inn, so the approach to the entrance had a luxurious feel. I ordered the Hokkaido black wagyu three kinds platter to compare the taste. Afterwards, I added more delicious meat (premium black wagyu, select black wagyu). The price was a bit high because I also ordered alcohol, but I was satisfied because it was so delicious.
