I arrived at the store around 2:30 PM on July 2023. There was one group of customers before me and one group after me. I ordered a chilled and chewy cream-filled taiyaki with red bean paste and white mochi topping. It took about 15 minutes to be ready. Once it was done, they brought it to my car. The chilled taiyaki was quite frozen, so I couldn't eat it right away, but it was delicious with the chewy texture and the custard and whipped cream inside. The custard was cold and perfect for summer! It even had filling all the way to the tail, which was great. The custard cream taiyaki was made fresh on the spot, so it was hot and crispy. I really like thin-skinned taiyaki. The cream in this one was more refreshing compared to the chilled one. Both were delicious! As a bonus, they included a few crispy pieces of taiyaki edges, which were also tasty. Oh, and if you go by car, make sure to park in the designated spots in front of the store. If you park elsewhere, you might get a warning.

"Taiyume Castle Mountain Store" I am alone in Kushiro, following the memo and walking as instructed. Next is "Taiyume". I need to include some lower-priced restaurants to stay within budget. When I arrived using navigation, it was a prefab building and I could see a woman. I wonder if they have anything grilled since there are people waiting. Let's go with the Keema Curry, it's a popular dish. There are waiting customers and reserved customers, how long do we have to wait? The inside of the store is cool, the staff must be warm. I can only buy one, but that's okay. Today I bought two the other day, but one turned into a rock-like thing. I can even use it as a nail... So, I ordered one Keema Curry for 160 yen. They said they would deliver it to the car, so I asked them to do so. Customers keep coming in rapidly, it's amazing. I had to wait quite a bit, and I noticed that the staff was waving their hands. I understand they are busy, but didn't you say you would deliver it? The tai fish is quite fat. You have to fry it on very low heat in a pan, cook it slowly until it becomes crispy, the thin skin becomes crispy all over. You won't be able to taste the skin, but the texture alone is enough. The curry goes well with beer. It's delicious and satisfying. It may not be the best Keema, but it's still tasty. Sometimes it's good, right?"

On January 22, 2021 (Friday) after lunch, I had dessert at a newly opened taiyaki shop called "Taiyumu Castle Yama Store," which opened on January 13. It's a branch of "Taiyumu" in Showa, Kushiro City. It's located on the premises of "Tanopaint Kogyo" company. I ordered 'Red Bean Paste' and 'Cream' for 160 yen each. The thin skin was crispy, which was an interesting texture. The taste of the filling was average. It's a nice little snack, don't you think?
