キーマetカルマ
Today is a no bento day~ I wonder what to eat, walking around, thinking about Western food or Chinese food, but wanting to relax a bit, I gathered my courage and went to this place with a high threshold. As I peeked inside from the open entrance, the staff greeted me and guided me to a seat. I was the only customer! I was so nervous!!! With a pounding heart, I ordered the famous Natto Mazushi (1300 yen) and enjoyed watching the skilled knife work while sipping tea. Wow, so cool... It was carefully presented, and at the same time, the miso soup arrived with the natto mazushi. Let's dig in! I was told to eat it as it is, so I took a bite and the umami flavor exploded in my mouth. Delicious! The room temperature vinegar rice with natto, tuna, squid, bonito, and pickled radish complemented each other perfectly, creating an indescribable deliciousness. It didn't even need soy sauce, the flavors were well-balanced. The sticky and chewy texture was also interesting, I couldn't stop eating. The vinegar rice was sprinkled with shredded kombu, like a kombu-zuke. Perfect for someone like me from Toyama! The tamagoyaki was not too sweet, with a nice dashi flavor and a crispy surface. I loved it! The pickles had just the right amount of saltiness. The miso soup with tofu and wakame was simple but delicious, and the fact that it was piping hot made it even better. In the end, I finished eating without using soy sauce, and I was completely satisfied. After the meal, as I leisurely sipped tea, the owner struck up a conversation, making me feel relaxed. I'm sure the evenings here are also enjoyable... I want to become the kind of adult who can casually visit a sushi restaurant like this.
