A chic, adult bar with a great atmosphere. It reminded me of the familiar Avanti from the radio in the past. I wonder if they still play it these days? Surprisingly, the food was also excellent and exceeded my expectations. Everything was delicious, and honestly, this place could stand alone as a great restaurant.

I visited the Suntory Whisky Bar for the first time for a ladder drink, so I naturally had to try a Japanese whisky and chose Hakushu. It was delicious! The interior of the bar has a stylish feel, and in the summer, it's open-air so you can easily drop in. I'll definitely come back in the summer!

The Yamazaki 12-year-old is already out of production (= ´∀´)ﾉ凵゛The cheese assortment includes 4 types: "Mimolette, Blue, Smoked, Camembert." It may not be the best match with whiskey, but cheese lovers will absolutely enjoy it. There were only female bartenders today, whereas in the past there used to be more male bartenders.

We left Tom's house and got a bit too drunk, so we relied on the bartender for guidance. There were only four men working, no female bartender today. We were seated at a table with three of us. We started with a toast with Yamazaki, followed by a cheese platter. It disappeared quickly, so we moved on to Maker's Mark. It's still early, so there aren't many customers today. I found a bar that was open late by chance. In the freezing cold outside, the bartender made me a special Moscow Mule for 990 yen. It was served in a metal cup, probably right in front of me. Let's meet up at Avanti on a hot day!! Avanti is a great place to go for a quick drink in between meetups on a hot day. The White Horse Highball and Raisin Butter snack are delicious. This summer has been hotter than usual, and I feel like I've been going out more often than in previous years. I have about 80 drafts to go through... I didn't take any photos, so I think I easily have over 100 memories to write about. On days like this, I feel like writing a review at Avanti alone. It's a bar that I've always liked and felt comfortable at.

It was Saturday and there was a group, so the atmosphere was noisier than a few years ago, making it hard to relax. The service was polite and impressive, but the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, especially the male staff. However, the drinks were delicious, so I definitely want to come back another day for a rematch.

I tried to eat a Shimme Parfait at a shop, but they didn't have any. It seems like I went to the wrong place. Well, the butter and cocktails were delicious so it's all good. I was planning to buy some snacks at Seicomart, a popular convenience store in Hokkaido, but everything was closed due to the earthquake.

[First Visit] Before enjoying a fun dinner in Sapporo, I was wandering around looking for a place to have a drink. I stumbled upon a lovely bar with a calm atmosphere that didn't feel intimidating, so I decided to go in. Inside, there was a bar counter and seating area, creating a cozy yet spacious feeling. As soon as I entered, the staff greeted me warmly and allowed me to choose any seat I liked. They recommended gin, but since I don't drink gin much and was in the mood for a cocktail, I ordered a Cosmopolitan. I forgot to take a picture, but the beautiful pink color of the drink got me excited for the night ahead in Sapporo. I then enjoyed listening to the bartender's stories about gin while looking at the gin menu, before it was time to move on to the next place. Sensing my readiness to leave, the staff quickly prepared the bill, making it a bit sad to say goodbye. This bar became a place I would want to visit again when I come back to Sapporo.
