I was guided to my seat and given a blanket because it was cold today. The hospitality right when I entered was very good. The restaurant wasn't very big, with some counter seats and all the tables were full. There were many different types of beef tongue on the menu, some of which you don't usually see at other yakiniku restaurants. The quality of the meat was really good, making me want to come back again!

A stylish yakiniku restaurant located on the outskirts of Susukino with great value for money. This place specializes in tongue dishes with a wide variety to choose from. After much deliberation, I selected a tongue tasting set (4, 5 types?) and got to enjoy different cuts of tongue, from lean to marbled. In addition, the yukhoe (Korean beef tartare) and lamb tataki (pictured) were also delicious.

The recommended dish is the exquisite Negi Sand Tan. This newly opened yakiniku restaurant is famous for its beef tongue. They mainly use the core part of the beef tongue, which is very delicious in my opinion. The cost performance for the quality of meat is also good. Of course, the other meats besides beef tongue are also delicious. The price per person is around 4000 to 6000 yen. They offer all-you-can-drink for 550 yen on weekdays, which is great for drinking parties.

I visited this restaurant in Susukino, Sapporo, which opened last fall. I ordered the premium thick-cut tongue and wagyu tongue, both of which were delicious with just the right seasoning that enhances the freshness of the ingredients. The thick-cut tongue had a crispy texture on the outside and was very tender inside, making it exceptionally tasty. In addition to tongue, the menu also offers rare cuts of lean meat and yukhoe, so you can enjoy a variety of charcoal-grilled dishes. I definitely plan to revisit this place when I come back to town.

All-you-can-drink draft beer for 2 hours for 1,500 yen → 750 yen. There is a minimum order requirement of 3,000 yen per person. Recommended dishes include Tan ham, Thick-cut tongue, Assorted kimchi, Seared liver, Raw lamb, Senmai (tripe) sashimi, Guts sashimi, Negi-tan, Guts, Hormone, Sagari, Yukkejang soup, Half cold noodles (2 types), Negi rice, Stone-grilled bibimbap. Especially recommended dishes are marked with ◎. The food is fresh and delicious. The corn tea highball is delicious. Smoking is allowed inside the restaurant, so children are not allowed to enter. Great cost performance and a clean little shop. The must-try dish is the lamb tataki. It was delicious with no unpleasant smell. They accept credit cards. Smoking is allowed in the restaurant, with ashtrays available at the entrance.

It's still a new restaurant. They are open late at night. Satisfaction level of stomach is 100%. They teach you how to cook the meat perfectly. It's a cozy place. I would like to use it again.

The taste of the meat is also excellent! The staff are friendly and kind, making me visit the restaurant several times a week. Thank you for always providing more than the price.

The meat was delicious no matter what we ate. The service was polite and the restaurant had a clean and pleasant atmosphere.

It was incredibly delicious. The thick-cut tongue, yukhoe, tongue sashimi, and lamp were all amazing. But the most memorable dish was the cold noodles with grated yam. It was recommended to me and it was fantastic. I will definitely go back.
