I was surprised by the affordability of the oysters on the menu when I visited until the last train. The dishes were perfect for a full drinker like me, and I couldn't help but hesitate when I saw the menu. The smoked quail eggs were seasoned perfectly and tasted delicious, making them a great accompaniment to alcohol. I really liked the atmosphere of the restaurant and would love to make it my regular spot if it were closer to my neighborhood. Thank you for the meal!

It's been a while since I went out in the city. I came to the second bar after starting with a day drinking session ( ´ω` )/ The sign said they open at 3 pm, but it turns out they open at 5 pm, so I arrived just a minute early. Haha, I didn't make a reservation, but I was seated at the counter. Later, a reserved guest arrived, so maybe reservations are necessary? The young owner usually runs the place alone, but today there was a helper, maybe a classmate. I'm usually shy and don't interact much with the staff, but they were friendly and I had a good time chatting with them, even learning about the owner's background ((´∀`*))w I had about 13 oysters by myself Ψ( 'ч' ☆) I also tried some grilled dumplings and seared squid, but they were small portions, more like a change of taste from the oysters. Be careful if you're a heavy drinker because they don't offer all-you-can-drink. It's a cozy and lively place where you can have a good time. Thank you for the meal♪

I was wandering around looking for a place for our second party, and I stumbled upon a 5-tsubo (approx. 16.5 square meters) shop! I was drawn in and entered the shop. It was bustling inside, probably because it was Friday. I enjoyed sweet potato shochu and oysters, and then left quickly. Oysters are delicious after all. It would have been even better with fresh lemon...

We had a small gathering with two colleagues while waiting for a subordinate who leaves work late due to time difference and another colleague who works overtime like a workaholic. It was our first time at this restaurant, and there were no customers before or after us (we only stayed for 30 minutes). We ordered 2 servings of fresh oysters, steamed oysters, potato salad, and 4 beers (2 each). The oysters were large, fresh, and delicious without any fishy smell. Unfortunately, we forgot to take a picture of the potato salad, but it was also delicious! We chatted and before we knew it, 30 minutes had passed. We will visit again for a more leisurely meal. Thank you for the delicious food!

I stopped by here before heading out. It was a small building, still bright before 5 pm. I opened the narrow door and went inside. There were two guys running the shop. The shop was only 5 square meters, and I heard it was difficult to run a direct store or franchise (lol). I ordered a Sapporo Classic beer for 600 yen, fresh oysters for 150 yen, and grilled oysters for 150 yen. The guys were very friendly from the beginning, so I forgot to take a picture of the beer and fresh oysters (´∀`). The image is of the grilled oysters. They were from Akkeshi. It's a great place to enjoy oysters with a bit of alcohol. I had the fresh oysters with lemon and the grilled oysters with ponzu sauce. They asked if I wanted more, but I had another place to go, so I politely declined and only had one glass. I'll go back and take my time next time. It was so much fun. Thank you for the meal! (╹◡╹)

In the area of Tanukikoji in West 11, straight through to the 9th building, 1F, if you think of oysters, it's the "Gotsubo" restaurant. They open every day at 3 PM, so you can start drinking early at this great little place. The seating is limited, with a small counter and a small tatami room in the back. It's not ideal for those who need a lot of space, but the close proximity to the open kitchen and the friendly staff can make you feel a bit shy. A glass of beer costs 500 yen and is served cold and delicious without any off-flavors. There's no all-you-can-drink option, but the drinks are reasonably priced at around 500 yen each. They don't serve any appetizers, which is nice. First, try the famous oysters! The Akkeshi Maruemon oyster is 150 yen each, while the fresh oysters are also 150 yen each. They are shucked right in front of you, with a smooth and salty taste that makes you want to eat as many as you can. The steamed oysters, 3 for 490 yen, have a perfect balance of umami and a strong sea flavor, making them incredibly delicious. Another recommended dish is the salted chicken tataki grilled over straw for 700 yen. It has a gentle salt flavor, a rare and tender texture, and a subtle smoked taste. The service is also very good, with attentive staff who strike the right balance between being present and giving you space. The small size of the restaurant makes it a great place for solo drinking. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Today, I felt like eating oysters again, and something unexpected happened at work. So, we all decided to eat oysters and vent our frustrations. I wonder how many oysters I ate... We even had oil noodles as a finale and finished everything in one place! I'm completely satisfied.
