There is parking available for 2-3 cars. Since there are no distinctive signs, finding the place can be very challenging. Keep searching diligently. 2. Interior & Seating: There are sofa seats and table seats, giving off a complete home-drinking vibe. 3. Ordering Procedure: Only course meals by reservation. 4. Food: The main highlight is the owner's proud roast beef. Pasta, pizza, and other hot pot dishes are also available in generous portions. The roast beef is satisfying! Enjoy it with salt and pepper or steak sauce. They will recommend finishing with somen noodles. 5. Drinks: Beer is self-served from an Ebisu tap. You can also help yourself to canned alcohol from the refrigerator. Feel free to indulge in shochu, sake, wine, and more. 6. Customer Service: The unique owner is a must-see character. As a formidable arm wrestling competitor, most likely, you will be challenged to a match. It's probably impossible to refuse, and winning against the owner is also likely impossible. You might even witness the owner's impressive cartwheel on the iron bar in the garden. 7. Value for Money: No complaints. With unlimited food and time, there is no other place that can beat this value for money. 8. Overall Rating: This restaurant is simply shocking. It's worth a visit at least once. I went to see an event commemorating the 13th anniversary of the 5th Brigade's establishment and the 66th anniversary of the establishment of the Obihiro garrison, which I have lived in the local area for many years and visited for the first time. I noticed that the "Takano Shokudo" that I had been curious about before was set up as a food stall! So, I decided to post a review as an ordinary customer. After watching the training exhibition, I lined up and the menu for the day was only "Roast Beef Sandwich for 250 yen." There were more customers than expected, and when I asked the busy shop owner for two sandwiches, they ran out of takeout containers, so they wrapped them in plastic wrap to take away (laughs). I bought a drink at the convenience store inside the garrison welfare center and enjoyed it at the table next to it. (By the way, Matsuhashi was also in business. I can no longer post photos inside the garrison (^^;)) Inside the hot plate, the bread with a seared surface contains roast beef, generously cut cabbage, carrots, onions, and other vegetables. I couldn't tell what was spread on the bread because I have an unsophisticated palate (sweat), but the roast beef itself allows you to fully enjoy the umami of lean meat, so it was delicious overall! In conducting the review, I went to check out a shop that I had once given a ride to, but Texas (liquor store) seems to be the first rough landmark, and a sheep (Aoichan?) the second landmark. My companions and friends have visited the place, but it seems to be a restaurant that is difficult to gather members because it is in the suburbs and the food is very popular among growing children (bitter smile), so I had not visited it yet.
