The selection includes tuna, green onion and fatty tuna, egg, eel, sweet shrimp, sea bream, salmon, squid, and mackerel. The quality of the ingredients was consistent and there were no risky choices typically found in smaller sushi shops. The green onion and fatty tuna was a bit difficult to chew due to the tough seaweed, so a more easy-to-eat option would be preferable. The mackerel had a mild acidity and was easy to eat, while the tuna and salmon had a smooth texture that was quite enjoyable. Overall, the sushi was easy to eat and reasonably priced for a take-out option. The rice was cold and tasty, and the pickled ginger was easy to eat. The young staff members were friendly and made the experience pleasant. Due to heavy snow along the road, the restaurant may be a bit hard to notice. They offer various nigiri sushi and seafood bowls. They do not have the options like "Mizuho 2190 yen" or "Gaya 3040 yen" that I have ordered for delivery from "Gin no Sara." The most expensive nigiri sushi is priced at 1620 yen. Since I have not tried the seafood bowl at "Gin no Sara," I decided to get the "9-kind Seafood Bowl Double for 1609 yen" for takeout. I did not opt for extra rice. The actual weight of the "9-kind Seafood Bowl Double" was 493g after removing the packaging. It included two pieces each of tuna, squid, salmon, golden eye snapper, imitation crab, sweet shrimp, scallop, negitoro, ikura, tamagoyaki, and chopped seaweed on top of vinegared rice with wasabi. The seafood bowl was enjoyable, and it is a convenient option for delivery. If ordering for delivery, "Gin no Sara Sapporo Chuo Store" offers a 10% discount.
