I visited the newly opened Hokkaido lamb cuisine restaurant "Ran Pirika" in Susukino, attracted by the personality of the head chef. Even though I'm not a fan of lamb, I was impressed by how delicious it was, almost like a first-time experience. The prices are on the higher side, but they are justified by the quality of the food. The steamed egg custard with lamb was exceptionally well-prepared. This restaurant offers various Japanese dishes that highlight the flavor of lamb. They accept credit cards and have a non-smoking policy.

The menu was carefully crafted to bring out the deliciousness of the lamb. The lamb shabu-shabu meat had a good aroma and a melt-in-your-mouth texture, making it disappear quickly. The vegetables and the finishing potato ramen were excellent. By combining the shabu-shabu broth and the lamb shabu-shabu sauce, the ramen allowed you to enjoy both salt and soy sauce flavors. Even when full, this is a must-try dish! The manager's customer service was very polite, and you could feel their dedication to the restaurant's ingredients.

I wanted to eat delicious meat in a calm atmosphere rather than all-you-can-eat, so I searched and visited this restaurant. When I entered, I was surprised by the small but clean and luxurious interior. I arrived alone at 9:00 pm, which was a perfect time to enjoy my meal peacefully. I made a reservation for domestic lamb shabu-shabu and ordered lamb yukhoe. The appetizer was smoked lamb presented beautifully like a jewelry box, and it was delicious. The lamb yukhoe was aged slightly, fresh without any smell, and very tasty. It went really well with the gochujang sauce. I remember when I went to an all-you-can-eat lamb shabu-shabu before, they only had bean sprouts for vegetables, right? This restaurant serves various delicious local vegetables to wrap with the meat, and it was really delicious! I was surprised to find thinly sliced apples inside, but they were delicious. The meat was cut slightly thicker than at all-you-can-eat restaurants, but it was tender and melted in my mouth. The sauce was soy sauce-based and refreshing. I couldn't decide between ordering more meat or having ramen as the finale, so I chose ramen. The potato starch noodles were smooth and chewy. I tried both the salt-based dipping sauce and the lamb shabu-shabu sauce before blending them together. The salt-based sauce was a bit lacking compared to the soy sauce. The gentle owner cooked while chatting with me over the counter, which was very enjoyable. I thought it was great to go alone. This restaurant is a cut above the foreign meat at all-you-can-eat places, and I think it's a very good restaurant. The quality at this price is cheap, and I recommend it for business entertainment or dining alone. Thank you for the meal!

The restaurant is located in Susukino, but you can enjoy a relaxed and sophisticated dining experience. The lamb shabu-shabu, made with local ingredients, is incredibly delicious and unlike anything you've had before. They also have a variety of appetizers to enjoy with their carefully selected drinks. The owner is very calm and fits the atmosphere of the restaurant perfectly. They were very polite when I called to make a reservation. It seems like many tourists visit the restaurant, and the owner even gave advice on sightseeing plans for the next day. This is a must-visit restaurant when you're in Hokkaido.

Lamb tataki served with fallen leaf mushrooms. It was my first time trying fallen leaf mushrooms. The stems were crunchy and the caps were fluffy like fresh porcini mushrooms. The lamb leg meat was cooked in a low tone and grilled over straw, and it paired perfectly with yuzu pepper. The lamb shabu-shabu was so fresh that it could even be eaten raw. There were plenty of vegetables as well. The potato ramen for the finale was chewy, and the dessert parfait had a strong chestnut flavor. I recommend the special Hokkaido lamb shabu-shabu from the Ishida Mutton Ranch in Nayoro. It's a bit pricier than Genghis Khan but worth it. This was the 6050 yen course. You can also add a drink all-you-can for an additional 2,300 yen. Despite being called a "mini course," it was very filling. The restaurant has a clean and calm atmosphere, suitable for casual business entertaining.

I enjoyed delicious lamb shabu-shabu in a calm atmosphere. The lamb was very tasty without any strong flavors, and the vegetables were also delicious. This is a restaurant I would like to visit again when in Sapporo.
